Something different in Buenos Aires. When you get tired of the local flavors of the Empanada, steak, pasta and pizza. Sudestada is a good option. I recommend sharing dishes since the main courses are big. No music at the place, which is not bad, everyone can hear each other easily. Not to many tables and they don't take reservations.

Had been wanting to go here for years and the wait was worth it. A bit pricey, but the fact that they offer authentic Asian food in Buenos Aires is worth the price. My favorite was the dish that had the fried pork that you eat with a lettuce leaf (not sure the name). It was crunchy goodness. Served with... More

They serve food from Southeast Asia, although their versions are quite westernized. All equally tasty, curry is spicy almost uneatable. each dish has its spice level on the menu. Craft beer of the house is very good. Good price / quality.

Great mid-week venue for a spicy curry or fresh Thai food plate. Spicy really means spicy. Usually requires a reservation. Only negative is that it is quite pricey.

Great food in a non pretentious restaurant. Ideal id you like spicy south asian food. A little pricy, but totally worth it.

Nice, pared-down design. The basil martinis were excellent and the wine selection is good. I had vegetarian jiaozi--a kind of chinese dumpling, which were delicious.

We visited having seen reviews and fancying something a bit different. We were very much looking forward to some fresh and fragrant food. The place is lacking in any warmth or atmosphere with the decor and lighting stark and unwelcoming. Worse than the decor was the complete lack of warmth from any of the staff who could not have appeared... More

Welcome very unfriendly, the main course came when we still had our starter. The thai-curry isn't a thai curry but a self made imitation and not a good one. Arrogant staff. Once and never more.

This place is known for curries and they are nice. Food is really fresh. This highlight was the pork spring rolls which came with the sprouts and pork and you wrapped them yourself at the table. Awesome!

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
