We had been recommended this restaurant and had read the reviews on tripadvisor but sadly were most disappointed. The meat was so well done it was inedible. The grilled vegetables were soggy and cold. Give it a miss, there are far better in BA

We arrived on a weekday just before 8pm. There was already a considerable line waiting to get in but we were able to get seated right away. I did notice some tables were reserved. Don't know their reservation policy. Food was almost all terrific. Special shoutouts for the eggplant purée (baba ghanouj) and chicken kebabs which were both outstanding. Only... More

I was really excited to try the food at Sarkis after reading about it in serval guide books. The place was packed on the Sunday we visited and had a good energy. One person in my party enjoyed his meat parilla entree, however the rest of the food and service were lacking. The hummus was of the lumpy variety and... More

This is the best meal we have had in Argentina. The portions are huge and the food is fresh and flavourful. Highly recommend the half portions so you can sample more choices. We shared the hummus, vegetarian moussaka, grilled chicken skewers and complete grilled lamb skewers with yogurt and pita. We left beyond stuffed for two people. We also shared... More

We visited this place due to recommendations from friends and arrived shortly after it opened. Lines to get in can be long! Mediterranean food --warm and friendly atmosphere. Fun area of town to walk around and safe.

Old style traditional Armenian restaurant. Great food and lots of choices. Also Lebanese and other options. You can also ask for half sized dishes, a bit more expensive but you can try more. Atmosphere is ok but the food compensates and more. Very cheap also. Get there early as you cannot make reservations and it is almost always full.

Food: The kebbe con papas blew my mind. Literally. My brains were on the floor after I ate it. It was phenomenal. Get 20 of them and eat them all. We got some other stuff that was also great (raw beef and onions, kafta kebab, an eggplant dish), but I will never forget the kebbe con papas. One more thing... More

This is the best choice to taste delicious Armenian and Arabian meals. Portions are served full or in halves, which allows you to share in groups or to get tempted to try. The service is efficient and the atmosphere is rather noisy because the place is usually packed. If you want to make a reservation you have to do it... More

My first point of call upon returning to BA. It is a family favourite and never fails to deliver. Had lamb Kefte & shish plus Persian rice. Washed down by a nice cold Rose wine. Yes service can be hit and miss at times but as I said its a family (& friends) favorite

Went here with my colleagues for lunch. I have never tried this type of food before and it was fabulous. The tastes and textures of the dishes were unique. Too bad I can't remember their names :P. Service was fantastic as well.
