I attended my first ever Puerta Cerrada on my last night in Buenos Aires. My one regret of the few weeks I spent there was not finding these earlier. Meghan was a wonderful host, welcoming from the moment I walked, solo, in the door. My apprehensions about going were probably exactly what you have: 1) Will I like the food?... More

I’ve been to Jueves a la Mesa a couple of times now and cant get enough. The food is so fresh and wholesome. I had been sick for days before the first time and the meal was so nourishing that it healed me so I keep going back. I’m not vegetarian/ vegan but the meals are so satisfying with heaps... More

I am so happy I found Jueves a la Mesa through a random search for "Buenos Aires dinner club". This was by far the best meal we've had in all of Argentina, without question. Our dinner was about 4-5 courses (including dessert) and each one tasted fresh, complex and yummy! It doesn't matter if you're a vegetarian or not (we... More

This was my first closed door dinner and I had an amazing time. I went with my girlfriend to try a new thing and we were the first to arrive. Everyone was very friendly and enjoyed dinner with wine. At first, I was skeptical at first about going to a vegetarian dinner since we are in Buenos Aires but everything... More

Stunning. You never find something with this delicious flavors, sustentable food and friendly people from other countries sharing the table. At the end of the night all them will be your friends. This is an excellent example about how you can find enjoy for your healthy without eat meat. Congrats from Gaby & Paul from Venezuela.

I went with a friend to Jueves a la Mesa last week. The food was colorful, varied and delicious! I'm not a vegetarian and wasn't left wanting at all after the meal; always a good sign. Also the wine was good and the company even more so; a recipe for a fantastic evening!!

The closed door concept is a great concept and the night was lots of fun, we had a great bunch of people and the atmosphere was fun and easy conversation. We were a little disappointed with the food however, whilst being healthy and very well balanced it was I would expect if I had lunch at a friends, rather than... More

We had an excellent meal at Meghan's closed door restaurant. She does a really goos job with the local vegtables, the dishes were a very nice change up from the regular Argentine fare. A very good experience.

Both my husband and I are veg and were told by a friend about Jueves a La Mesa. I was super excited to try an underground restaurant where we would be able to eat everything. Surrounded by an incredibly international group of ten other diners 7 nationalities, only a minority of whom were veg), we had a wonderful night of... More

I have been to Meghans closed door restaurant in San Telmo three times so far, and I'm always looking for an excuse to go back. I found this place before coming to Buenos Aires, and it has lived up to my expectations every time. The positive words are so many! Excellent, healthy and tasty food, relaxed and lovely atmosphere, good... More
