Very good food

Food was very good, but the restaurant is a pricy. Service was very good, but the restaurant wasn't full, so I cannot tell how service will be if all tables are taken.

Stopped here for lunch with a friend whom I had picked up at Ezeiza Airport and had to drop off at Buquebus. We were the first to arrive at midday, had excellent attention from waiter, Juan. By the time we left at 2.30pm the place was filling up and at least a dozen tables were in use. (Monday lunch, no... More

This area adjacent to the river Plata and the inner city airport has many Parrilla's for Carne and more, there are so many I have tried over the years but this tends to be one of my favourites and I always try to return when in the city.A small entrance greets you with happy waiters at your service immediately an offering... I have known this restaurant for over 30 years (previous name was "Los Años Locos"), and is always a choice for good service and quality. They offer all the classical "argentinian asado" meat cuts, as well as a great variety of salads. Ample wine selection and very good desserts. Is just accross the street from the coastal avenue of Río... More

Excellent food: provoleta, empanada, bife de chorizo, chiripas, panqueques con dulce de leche And a Norton malbec red...all perfect, And made me have to roll out the front door! Service was efficient, no frills, old-timer style. All in all, highly recommended.

This restaurant is quite big, which means that it can be noisy also. It also means that the atmosphere is businesslike Service is reasonable with room for improvement. The food is good but lacks creativity. In short, good for a meal but do not expect too much.

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
