Traditional Argentinian Bakery

If you are looking for trying some traditional argentinian "medialunas" and/or "facturas" this is a good place in the Palermo Soho area. Very tasty! Staff are a little bit "not in the mood", but nothing else to complain.

Good pies and cheesecakes ... But you can really find lots of much better options nearby ... Nothing remarkable ...

Delicious assortment of traditional baked good and pastries. We loved the treats so much that we went back before our flight home and purchased some cookies, treats and havanas to take home. They are helpful, friendly and it seems to be a well established local bakery and a great place for tourist as well.

Thank God my husband insisted we buy our alfajores here. They packaged them for us in nice boxes and we brought them back to the US to share. They are so good -- even four days after buying them they are fresh. The last time he went to BA he brought us back Havanas -- which are fine -- but... More

Very friendly staff will greet you and ask for your order. But there are so many treats to choose from, plus some nice pre-made sandwiches to take to the park. The Alfajoricitos Maizes were the show stopper, I dream of those delicate, dulce de leeches filled nuggets of joy!

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
