We were erroneously charged for 5 bottles of wine instead of just 5 glasses. An excess of 30% or 855 Ar$. After our complaint it was fixed, but the the whole situation left us feeling suspicious and uncomfortable. The food pretends to be "haute-cuisine" but it really isn't. You can find much better quality and value at Tarquino or Tegui.... More

My girlfriend is a travel writer so we travel a lot and are always on the lookout for great restaurants. For me, Chila is one of the best I've had in the world. Great attention to detail, all the little things that create dining luxury and a creative menu that makes each course a new taste experience. That's special. Three... More

Had to impress a Dutch friend visiting BA, and took him to Chila. From the moment you sit down the experience changes the way you look at having dinner out. The service is ultra knowledgeable and tries hard at understanding what you like. We tried 3 course meal (3 pasos) recommended by a very well known chef. We went from... More

My husband and I ate at Chila on our last night in BA, and on our 10th anniversary. It was memorable and wonderful! Chila offers a prix fixe menu of either three or seven courses, with or without a wine pairing. We liked the choices of the three course menu better, so we went with that and ordered a bottle... No puedo describir este cenar en español con bastante detalle, entonces aquí es mi recomendación en ingles…. This meal completely blew me away. From start to finish, this was a culinary experience that will stay with me throughout my life. It was second only to the meal I had at Azul at the Mandarin Oriental in Miami, under chef Joel... Nice place wiith a beautiful view of the river as we sat near the window. The ambiance is clean and the tables well positioned. The waiters were very attentive and helpful. We had the course meal and it was a great surprise with quality, presentation and taste of the dishes we chosed. The price was adequate for the level of... More

My husband and I had our first BA meal here and were very pleased. The staff was very welcoming and bilingual (being our first night in BA, this was very helpful). The food was delicious, we both had fish which was a welcome option after all the red meat we had in Mendoza! It was prix fixe, which isn't usually... More

Ate a 3 course meal here ( we were a couple) with a bottle of fine wine and couple of water bottles. The bill came to 1900 Argentine pesos. is it worth 1900 pesos? hell, no. Their is no doubt that ambience is beautiful. The tables are at a distance, to allow privacy. The waiters are bilingual, extremely helpful. The... More

Ate here with 3 colleagues in May 2014. We have spent many evenings eating in Puerto Madero and this was our first time in Chila. We had the 3 course menu. My starter of scallops was very tasty and my main of goat was cooked perfectly, however as others have mentioned the peanut soufflé for dessert was to die for.... More

We went to this restaurant on a Monday night, so the restaurant was calm and very enjoyable. The food was amazing. We had a delicious egg, ham and bean salad and the boar and beef were really outstanding. The desserts were also top notch (dulce de leche soufflé...). The service was very attentive and actually spoke very good English. Though... More
