In my humble opinion, on par with/better than the top NYC restaurants (Per Se, Jean George, Le Bernadin, etc.), and at a much more reasonable price point. Incredible service, too. Nothing at all negative to say.

Food - Excellent, innovative, unique flavours and original composition. For people in Britain the style her is akin to Heston's Fat Duck restaurant in Bray. Service - Exceptional. Attentive, very good memory and not overbearing. The service was friendly which was a welcome change as often high level dining establishments can be a bit too professional. Location - It appears... You must not miss this fabulous restaurant in Buenos Aires! Where else could you get a unique, exciting meal for about $50-60 (650 pesos) a person? The restaurant only offers the one 12 course menu, unless you have food restrictions. Each course was different, delicious, and beautifully presented. And don't let the "molecular cuisine" deter you as there was only... More

Everything you read about Aramburu is true. From the exquisite food, to the elegant but friendly atmosphere, this restaurant manages cutting edge cuisine without attitude. It's just fantastic, fresh, inventive food cooked by passionate young chefs and the sommelier who pairs the wines has an uncanny knack for getting the most subtle notes of flavours and spices enhanced with her... If you have made the 8:30 reservation, arrive at 8:30 and ask for the chefs table, it exponentially enhances an already incredible and delicious experience. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable and all speak very good English (which was very nice for us). For the wine, the wine pairing is the way to go. The sommelier knows her wine and... More

We really enjoyed our evening at Aramburu. The tasting menu was full of interesting dishes - fantastic presentation but equally delicious flavours. We went for the wine pairing option which was good but the food was definitely the star of the show. The menu changes I believe but for us the shrimp, white salmon, quail and lamb courses were particular... More

If you want a break from parrilladas, I highly recommend the tasting menu at Aramburu. It's great because it transitions from lighter fare of food (seafood) to red meat. It's a little on the dark and quiet side and is more on the romantic side. It's small and it's better for small groups. I was at this restaurant while in... More

Great tasting menu, nice and competent sommelier and a truly nice ambience. The beetroot sorbet was one of the most refreshing and innovative desserts I've ever had!

Stars too often. This place is by far the best restaurant in BA, no doubt about it. Forget having dinner... Have an experience.

there were a dozen or so courses, at one point there was a dry ice ball cooling down our desert (first time I have ever seen that), and plenty of awesome food in between. Wine pairing is highly recommended. They even went off-menu to specifically prepare vegetarian-only food for one of us, which was appreciated and apparently delicious as well.... More
