After two weeks of mixed food experiences in Argentina, we were more than curious about Crizia as one of the last places to visit. One main reason was the oyster bar. But it was way more than that: At first glance, it looks like the usual hipster canteen, guests seem to be quiet young. Then there is the food. And... More

Beautiful place, good food, but at the end of the evening a guy with some friends - surely the owner, otherwise someone would have said something - took over the place, which changed the atmosphere completely. They appeared to be under influence and we didn’t know how fast to leave the place. Definitely not a place to return to.

I can't begin to tell you how amazing this place was. My husband, an avid steak eater, swears that it was the best steak he's ever had. My aubergine started was amazing as was the scallop pasta. Our friends equally praised their fish and vegetarian dishes. Dulce, the sommelier, made fantastic recommendations across all price ranges. Best meal ever! They... More

This was a celebration meal for my wife's 60th birthday recommended to us by our friends in Buenos Aires. It did not disappoint the maitre de,made sure we had a seat at the bar as we arrived when the restaurant was at its busiest around 22.30,we had not made a reservation as we were flying back from Bariloche. Had a... More

Had a gorgeous meal, alongside excellent ambience - high ceilings, tasteful lighting and sleek design. What differentiated this place for us was the European style food that was prepared to such a high standard - cooked and seasoned to perfection, fresh ingredients, light on your palette and very well executed. None of your Latin American stodgy fare (meat and potatoes).... More

My fiance and I went to Crizia to celebrate our anniversary and the place exceeded our expectations. The venue is very chic, has an industrial/modern feeling and is elegant yet casual. The service is great and the food is brilliant. They have an extensive winelist so if you are particular about your wines you should find a nice bottle to... More

Upon entering Crizia you are greeted by a lovely hostess who will lead you to your table, all of which are very private. The space is dimly lit, with soaring loft ceilings and minimalist artwork which makes for a very romantic setting. Service is on par with any nice Manhattan restaurant, and the staff speaks English very well. We started... More

We felt really comfortable in this restaurant, enough that we went back a second time (a real compliment in this city, which has so many great restaurants). Great space for dining-- high ceilings, low lighting, large windows, contemporary decor and cool bar. The staff had good English proficiency, which was a nice break from the struggle of communication that non-Spanish... More

Crizia was recommended to my wife and I. We ate diner there on our first night in town and could not have been more pleased. Every dish we tried was delicious and the wine list is top notch. We were also very pleased to find fresh oysters. The staff were very friendly and the owner, Geri (sp?) introduced herself and made... More
