I had a steak there and it was good. I did go there again and had chicken breast and you needed an axe to cut it. Even thou by the service was terrible the first time, I thought it might have been just a bad day, but no, the 2nd time it eas even worse. The staff will walk past... More

We were very excited to be there. First, none of the waiters understood English which wasn't so bad we've been to many places who didn't understand English. Then, we wanted the waiter to suggest a type of sweet wine that they serve, he got us the most sour wine I have ever tasted in my life. We ordered spicy chicken... More

I do not usually write reviews but the food was not good at all. I love american food but was very very disappointed with my meal. I ordered the famous Jack Daniels New york Strip ( i believe this was the cut) with the mashed potato. The mash tasted like it had flour of some sort in it. I ordered... More

We've been told that there was a 30 minute waiting list although there were so many empty tables. Then we went inside to have a look and one of the waiters offered us a table. They were doing that to everyone without a reservation. But by the time we left there were so many tables that haven't been occupied by... More

TGI's Friday is not a bad restaurant, and not a cheap restaurant as well. Despite being cheaper than the other options around in Puerto Madero, prices are still a bit high than what you should have been charged for what you eat. I got this BBQ Sandwhich for almost 100 pesos, which was enough to feed a big man or... More

My family and I have alway heard about TGI Fridays, and knowing Outback, Applebee's and these kinds of franchises we thought our dinner at TGI Friday's at Puerto Madero would be ok. We were so wrong! The waiter was slow, had a bad humor and was not helpful at all. As we've seen poor service we ignored it and decided... More

Wednesday is the typical happy hour day of the week in Buenos Aires. Two for one drinks are advertised. Arrived at 6 pm and sat at the bar. No bartender was present. It took about five minutes for a waitress to serve a pint of beer. Bar tender showed up around 6:15, but did not offer any service. After sitting... More

Unlike others reviews, i went to TGI last Monday (1 PM) and the overall service quality was quite good. The waiter was very polite and gently. I had a nice view of Puerto Madero from my table. Avoid the Onion Rings - too oily. The Fettuccine was nice.

If you are used to TGI in US you will be VERY disappointed with this place. Food takes forever (although we ordered Calamaris and they came soooo fast that certainly was already done and returned from other table...) Drinks take forever, over 10 min for a couple of Pepsi. Service is the worst, they should go home and put a... More

I'm sorry to say this, but Don't waste your time or money!!! We used to go to TGIF once a month. But not anymore. The last four times we went there we saw some disgusting things, a rat, the dirtiest toilets ever, nasty bugs in our salad. service is the worst. The waiters seem like they don't want to work...
