We had a 8 course tasting menu ($480 pesos per person plus wine) at Paraje Arevalo. The food was nicely presented, however the flavour was lacking. The dishes were either too bland or too salty. Our main course, the ribeye steak, was way too tough and dry. Service was good and we were offered an alternative to the ribeye but... More

We came here off recommendation from our hotel as a good place to have a special experience. We were celebrating our 3 year anniversary. We were not disappointed, we had an 8 and 10 tasting menu paired with wine. All wines were from mendoza and were matched perfectly to the food. The food was presented amazingly and the flavours were... More

I'm usually by myself in Buenos Aires, on business trios. Finding a cozy place with great food welcoming foreign loners is not so simple. There it is! Amazing place, Great food experience, although with some improvement needed, it is always a place to return and feel welcome. I chose the 8 course menu and the first 3 were impecable and... More

We loved our 10 course tasting menu here. All the food was exciting and tasted devine. It was nice to feel the serving staff and chefs were proud of the food and happy to see we were enjoying it. Great for a special occasion.

We booked this place as our dinner for our final night in Buenos Aires as a recommendation from our hotel. It turned out to be the best meal in our entire trip! There were 3 degustation menus on offer with or without matching wines. We chose to go with 8 courses and matching wines and we're absolutely stuffed at the... More

The food was wonderful. This place has a tasting menu but you will not leave hungry. The paired wines from Mendoza Argentina are delicious. The hostess spoke English and discussed each course and wine pairing with us. This was a very enjoyable experience. We were referred here by staff at a fully booked restaurant. We did not need a reservation.

We had reserved through our hotel at 8:00 as we had an early flight the next day. We arrived at paraje aravelo at around 8:10pm to be told that they wouldn't be open until 8:30 and to be shunned out the door and the door locked behind us as if we were going to break it down to get in!... More

We had the 10 course menu and it wasn't cheap. Service was attentive and the chef was friendly. The wine was pretty good but I was disappointed with the food. Although some of the dishes were excellent others were a miss, such as the mushrooms gnocchis. Unfortunately, some of the dishes were far too salty, which were you have 3... More

We too had the 10 courses with matched wine and we enjoyed 9 of them which is pretty good indeed.e My only real criticism is a petty one - the service was too fast and didn't really give ample time between courses to savour for a few moments. That said I would thoroughly recommend it on both taste and price
