Very nice restaurant with great food and a good buzz from a nice mix of people (locals, couples, business and tourists (me!)). Good meat and wine!

We had a lovely meal, and the servers were attentive. I recommend the mollegas, the morcilla, and if you like ribs, the tira de asado. Caveat: order it "punto menos" or it will be too dry. Argentines, for whatever unknown reason, overcook their amazing meat.

Excellent beef and very nice grilled veggies too. Lots of English speakers in the room and I heard waitstaff speaking in English too. We will definitely be making this a regular stop for dinner. Arrive early, gets crowded.

It looks like you entered a 1900 Century restaurant. Good attention, all the things From the parrilla With an excellent Sea grill selection. For sure the best on Recoleta and no turist like around the cemetery

a block from the Alvear, and a quiet local spot with amazing food. We had the steak which looked fatty compared to what we are used to in the US, but man was it good. Apparently they have really good seafood, but it was our first night in BA, so steak it was!

They have great steak but for those of you who get a bit tired of eating cow all the time in Argentina, then this is the place to go as they also have great fish! we go here every year when we are in BA and it never disappoints...

Came here on our first night in Buenos Aires on the recommendation of our hotel, Sofitel. Food was excellent and we were seated quickly. We had steak and the white salmon. Service was excellent. Only downside is that it is a bit pricy, even considering local exchange rate. Pay in cash if you can. They will exchange dollars quite reasonably.

Make a reservation this place fills up quickly with locals and, tourists. Staff are super attentive. Portion sizes are large. Recommend the grilled fish platter to share - get the half. Everything is billed including bread and dips whether you ask for them or not. The food is good ambience is great - notice the unique chandelier. It is not a... More

Fillet steak was unreal. It was huge and cooked perfectly. Fish was very good too. Knowledgable friendly staff. Dulce de leche ice cream and ginger sorbet was perfect to end a meal. Really nice atmosphere too. Lots of locals eating there too. good value too. gave a good rate if paying with euro/dollars.

Named after a famous poem book by Jorge Luis Borges, "Fervor de Buenos Aires", it's a "white linen" parrilla, located in a posh neighborhood. Everything is delicious. Great steaks and ribs. My favorite: the grilled seafood, probably the best in Buenos Aires. Grilled vegetables are excellent, too. For such a feast sorbets make a refreshing finale, home made, plenty of... More
