Great steak, smart restaurant, lovely chimichurri

A really nice restaurant for dinner. It's a very busy and buzzy restaurant and you would definitely need to book. Argentinians eat a lot of steak and that's what you need to order here, it comes with a lovely chimichurri sauce as well....gorgeous. I highly recommend Fervor for dinner.

This restaurant was recommended by the hotel and our tour guide. The steak was exceptional although a bit undercooked, and the service was friendly and efficient. Throw in a good wine list,an excellent salad and a nice ambience, and who could ask for more. Highly recommended.

A wonderful restaurant - and a nice change to the delicious meat you'll find throughout Argentina. The seafood is superb and quantities amazing - far too much at times! Waiters are friendly, and the restaurant's cutlery chandelier is worth a look. More expensive than many restaurants (but still AMAZING value for money), this is a wonderful place for a couple... In a beautiful old world space with formal waiters and a chandelier worth going for and lots of seafood choices. Meat doesn't look bad either. The flan with dulce de leche ice cream was our best postre in Argentina.

This restaurant is elegant somewhat formal, but not stuffy or snooty at all. The menu included English translations, but the crowd was a mix of tourists and locals so we figured the food must be pretty good. It was great! They started us off with bread and three appetizer-sized dishes. Not sure what they were, but we devoured every delicious... More

This is a great brasserie style restaurant behind the Alvear Palace Hotel. It is lively, the food typically Argentinian, the service brisk, good sized portions of interesting dishes and a fun place to dine. Fresh fish and meat are both served. We enjoyed it so much that we dined here twice during our three day stay in Buenos Aires. A... More

My wife and I were recommended this restaurant on Posada in Recolletto district by the Four Seasons concierge. We arrived at 8 p.m. when it opened which was wise as the restaurant quickly filled with locals. It created a very friendly buzz. We started with the waiter's recommended Punt y Mes. The fresh fish we had was sole and white... More

The restaurant is in the nice Recoleta neighborhood. It is very cozy and it is always full so a reservation must be done. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly

This one has mediocre seafood, too! The only reason I didn’t score this restaurant “poor” was because they didn’t overcook the seafood. And having lived in BsAs for some time, I just assumed they would. Obviously, it wasn’t seasoned, but that goes without saying. We started by ordering a bottle of wine. I had a bottle in mind, and inquired... More

A very busy restaurant meaning it is highly desirable to book in advance, though we managed to get a table for two at 8pm on a Sunday evening without a reservation. It opens at 8pm and by 9pm was heaving on both occasions we ate there. Steaks were quality meat and were cooked precisely for us. There are plenty of... More
