Enjoyable Fine dining

We arrived at 8.30pm ( with a booking) . Prompt and attentive service. The meat was excellent. We had sausage, pate, short ribs and New York sirloin, prawns on skewer. accompaniments included Spanish chips, a nice salad and grilled vegetables. All excellent !

Don't hesitate to book, popular with locals and tourists alike. Anticipate having a hard time choosing between the meat and fish options. Straightforward and honest fare.

This was a really high end restaurant with great service. My husband had the fillet steak and i had prawns - both were lovely. We went on a monday night, which wasnt that busy - would expect the atmosphere would be better at the weekend. Wasnt cheap, but would definitely recommend however

Great meet. This is not a traditional parrilla rather an international restaurant with many options, walking distance from recoleta cemetery, around 300 pesos pp with a modest wine

Traditional and impeccable! Meat was juicy and portions are vast. Service was also good. Will definitely go back!

When in Buenos Aires we try to eat dinner here once. The meats have been of the best quality and taste. We had the colita de lomo ( beef tenderloin) and the Matambre (pork flank?). Both were great. Accompanied by fries and a salad made for a big and great meal. Had several good choices for wines and had half... More

This place is splendid. Amazing atmosphere, wealthy locals go to this restaurant and now I know why. Setting is grand, waiters are very attentive. 5 star treatment. Menu is too die for. The beef just melts in your mouth. The starters are very big portions, so don't have one each, choose different ones and share. The main meals are very... More

Very nice restaurant, the portions are good to split. You better pay cash otherwise current exchange will be no good at all. Overall this place is beautiful and in a perfect location.

Where to start? Great food, great atmosphere, great service and great value. We read all of the great reviews of Fervor and, even though our hotel was right next door, we saved this for our last meal in BA. Not disappointed! We had the tortilla, filets with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables and ended the evening with a cocktail. Great... More

Staying in Recoleta

Neighborhood Profile
Recoleta
Characterized by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighborhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centered on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
