|Excellent food & service. Criolla Kitchen with Fusion. Big ideas from the Chef Martín Molteni. Couzy atmosphere. The service knows what are they talking about.

Superb! Wonderful choice. Great tapas style plates from different regions of Argentina. Good wine selection. Great service staff. Lots of locals. We want to go back again.

Setting perfect combo of industrial and old world charm. Warm attentive service accommodating both Spanish speaking diner (my friend) and English only diner (me). Food is creative and expertly prepared - some dishes bit lost with too many components (smoked salmon poached egg with baby greens didn't need pesto which would have been better served by lemon-herb viniagrette). Squid ink... More

A friend and I went to Pura Tierra this week and we were delighted with out dining experience. The food was excellent and the atmosphere very comfortable. I had lamb. No knife required to cut it, it was so tender. My friend had a pasta and seafood dish which she said was wonderful. The service was efficient and friendly. I... More

We went with a large party of friends who had recommended this place. Apparently the sweetbreads are fantastic. I can't really comment as I've never had them before. I didn't enjoy my meal. I had the pork and it was grilled too much and the honey coating had become caramelised to the point of just tasting of really charred bitter... More

Tasting menu is highly recommended - molecular gastronomy with an Argentine and game flair. Wine pairing was generous, delicious, and reasonably priced. Especially loved the tomato terrine, the rabbit, and the venison. Better value in terms of creativity, quantity, and ingredients than the usual over-hyped cerrados. Highly recommended for something different, special, and tasty in Buenos Aires.

This restaurant offers a dedicated service and a menu, even if small, containing most varieties of food. All dishes seem to be special with excellent preparation. Prices are not cheap, but considering the quality offered, they seem reasonable. The wine list is interesting and there is a good selection of wines by the glass, which permits to try different brands,... More
