We went here for lunch; the service was informed and friendly, the food was delicious and same for the wine. One of the most atmospheric restaurants I've been to, any where. Totally recommend La Cabrera Norte. Couple of observations: don't order too much, as the helpings are enormous, and the waiter will offer a wide range of complimentary side dishes... More

We had an absolutely amazing meal at La Cabrera Norte. I'd recommend booking a table on their website well in advance to ensure you get a table. The atmosphere was really cool with all kinds of fun and funky antiques all around and the food was absolutely amazing. They started us off with a salad course, very fresh and clean.... More

There is no question that La Cabrera Norte, like La Cabrera right up the street, is touristy. But, it is also great fun. The décor is unique and the wait staff attentive. The menu is extensive and the portions are enormous - was too large to finish even when you are sharing with others. The entrees come with a variety... More

First dinner with my girlfriend in BA and this was a great introduction to the superior steaks you get in BA. Good service and nice atmosphere in this small restaurant. Make sure to make a reservation as it's a popular place and only a few tables. Above average price but not expensive.

We enjoyed a great meal here. Excellent steak, salad and wine. We did go during happy hour though, when they offer 40% off food and drinks. It would have been quite expensive otherwise, we saved more than 200 pesos. Probably not worth it at full price given how many places in Buenos Aires offer great steak!

La Cabrera was good, but didn't live up to the hype for us. We waited for a long time for a table (our fault for not making a reservation and glad we got in!), but the servers put out salami and cheese and champagne for everyone waiting, which was really nice. When we got in, they were out of my... More

Okay so the steak wasn't as tender or flavoursome as other places we've been too but eating here was still a good experience.  The place is huge and the decor is awesome.  It was packed with locals when we went on a Thursday evening with people queuing out side.  Make a reservation in advance if you don't want to wait.... We had dinner at La Cabrera Norte during my recent visit to BA. Excellent place. Very good food, great service and excellent wine. The restaurant is super busy, so make sure to book a table in advance. Even with your booking, it is not unusual to have to wait a few minutes before being seated. We also got to write... More

We had heard that this steak house was the place to go, but we hate waiting. There was a line along the building when we arrived, but we were seated within 10 minutes. The hostess was very helpful and the waitor was excellent. The food was also awesome. It was not expensive for the quality and the amount of food... More

We came here on a food blog recommendation and trip advisor. Between 7-8 there is 50% off everything, we arrived at 7.10pm but had to be out by 8. So if you are going for this special deal time, I would be there at 7 so you have a full hour. Despite this they literally served us within 15 minutes... More
