Amazing place, food ok, price high

This is a very nice and well decorated restaurant. After a time it turns into a disco. The food was good, I mean the meat was just perfect but everything else was a little to greasy. If you are used to eating heavily oily food you will love it. The price is ok compared to Brazil, but a little to... read more

A different oriental atmosphere , with oriental influenced food and great ambiance. You can go for dinner or for a warm u and stay for later when it becomes a night club,

This is a disaster of an overpriced 'restaurant' that supposedly turns into a disco of sorts, after hours. I can't honestly comment about their dance scene, since we didn't hang around for the disco experience, but I can tell you that the 'food' was nothing short of an unmitigated insult to Japanese cuisine. And what they charge you for the... More

The restaurant was recommended by someone at my hotel. The location is amazing. It's right by the water. I came around 10:45p and was seated immediately. Some of the wait staff spoke English which was great. I had some sushi which was fresh. A little more wasabi would have been great but, I still enjoyed it. The atmosphere is intimate... More

I've been to the disco time at Asia de Cuba. It was wednesday and it was full. Music and decoration was very nice, it's located in Puerto Madero. Good place to meet argentinians, but they don't play local music, only eletro. A bottle of beer costs 8 dollars.

The location in great, it is in the Puerto Madero, The food is good, the attention is a little bit slow, but nothing that you can't deal with a bottle of wine and after all, you have a nice party!! So you reach 2... More

If you are going looking for the nightclub aspect, you have go late - after 1am. We got there at about 1:30am and it was just getting started. It really got going after 2am. We stayed until 4:30am and it was still going strong. Great nightclub atmosphere.

We went there for a late dinner with a small live show and a dance. The place is eally nice and food was not flavourful. The japanese dishes were done without care and the pieces just came apart as they landed on our table, my steak was well done beyond any flavor that could have been there but still the... More

Great atmosphere, music, lights and food. Very good bar with great drinks. Had an Red Irish which was good. Sushi was nice. Mexican was lovely. Friends has swordfish and they loved it. Lounge atmosphere that makes you want to stay, and later in the evening more like a club.

Wednesday night is the night to be here. Right on the water, with a great view. Younger crowd, but full of beautiful people. The only drawback is that if you go there... you are far away from most of the other nightlife in the city.

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighborhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighborhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolize this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
