My boyfriend and I both LOVE their ice cream. We have literally been to Persicco 10+ times and will be back for more. My favorites are the Lemon Mousse and Cafe. They have a passion fruit cheesecake (ice cream) that is also to die for. The service is great and the servings are large. I must say I did not... More

When I took a taste of the ice-cream, I thought I heard the sounds of hallelujah singing. Vanilla and Dulce were my first choices. The next day I was back at Persicco for another helping, and during my 8 day stay in Buenos Aires, I think I made at least one visit to Persicco daily. I just could not get... More

We tried 5 different heladerias in BsAs and this is by far the best of them! It has many different options of flavours and many adresses around town. My suggestions are raspberry, hazelnut and any flavour containing dulce de leche.

We shared a small cup of bittersweet chocolate & dulce de leche con nuiz (walnuts). It was very tasty. They serve Illy cafe coffee so next time I will try that. A small cup of ice cream costs 30 pesos (about $4.60) so its a bit pricey. The ice cream is high quality and the shop has a very nice... More

We have tried several of the ice cream chains in Buenos Aires and this is so far the best one! We have yet to try Volta. Their dulce de leche is better than that of the competition. Our favorites are Tramontana and Dulce de Leche with walnuts.

I love good ice cream - gelato! After living in Italy for several years while working at the U.S. Embassy, as well as serving in other European and Central/South American countries, I have eaten at dozens of different ice cream shops. And Persicco is one of the best! In the Recolta area of Buenos Aires near the famous cemetery where... More

I was disappointed as they do not have an English menu. The coffee was good but overly priced. When it comes to paying, they turned down my Master card but accepted only Visa. I paid 69 pesos but the cashier needed some documentation when I presented my Visa. Seriously, for only 69 pesos? Again, all these happened in Spanish &... More

Sabayon ice cream. The best. We went here several times during our 2-week stay in Buenos Aires. Unfortunately, I only discovered the sabayon ice cream on the last visit. Of course, it is made with more eggs so it is a little like custard, but then there is the marsala so it isn't too sweet. Fabulous and amazing!

In my view, the best ice cream in Buenos Aires. It is a classic in both summer and winter. For me, the most recommended flavor is undoubtedly the Chocuquina, refreshing version of the famous chocotorta, Cream Cheese, Caramel and chocolate chips! A success!
