Good Vietnamese in Palermo

Very nicely decorated. You can eat sitting at normal tables or on pillows on the floor. Food is very good, you can choose spicy or non spicy. The restaurant has 3 vegetarian entrées and 2 vegetarian main dishes! Also very good cocktails!

My bf and I had the soup - Although it was decent it, I wouldn't call it Pho. The restaurant, was a little pricey. 200p for broth and pasta.... Don't think so. If it was authentic pho, I would pay 200p but it wasn't .

The Lychee Martini is awesome and almost everything is worth a try!! Avoid the Calamari starter, not worth the money.

This is a very cool little restaurant in Palermo with highly authentic Vietnamese food. The pho was delicious! It is however a little pricey, but if you´re craving good Vietnamese food, I would recommend a visit.

I went recently with my BF and the ambience was pleasant, but a bit dark making it difficult to read the menu. We ordered some drinks, the Green bamboo and the Henan. They arrived quickly and were great. After this we were given a very small appetizer cabbage salad that served as a nice introduction to our meal. As the... More

:( :( So sad.. this used to be my favorite restaurant in the world!! Now.. a couple years later the magic is GONE! The dumplings were horrible, the dish with white-fish was uninspired and tasted like.. i dont know what.., the chicken in the soup was overcooked. I didn't even order my favorite dessert, scared to be disapointed a little... More

On a recent trip to BA, we were looking for flavorful Asian Cuisine in a land of steak and Green Bamboo did not disappoint. The wine and cocktails were great, and the restaurant had a really cool vibe. Yes, as people have noted, the food is on the pricier side, however, we all thought it lived up to the extra... More

As vegetarians, we went to Green Bamboo with very high expectations given the fantastic reviews. However, I was disappointed with the food and overall experience. - The service was extremely poor - seemed to be doing us a favor by serving us food - Many of the vegetarian options were not available - we were pretty much told our order... Two years ago, on my first visit to Buenos Aires, I loved this restaurant. The food was flavorable and well presented. This time, I quickly discovered the place had gone down hill, way down hill. Service was abysmal. We waited 45 minutes between our appetizers and our entree. The waitress passed our table numerous times, never stopping to say our... More

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
