We were guests at the Delaire Graf Estate and had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant every morning as it's the location for the great breakfasts and the views are simply stunning. We actually preferred this to the Delaire Graf Restaurant, however I am not sure that every chef has to reinvent the traditional. I must say though, that... More

We decided to try out something new by visiting Indochine for a Birthday celebration. We have been to the original restaurant at Delaire quite a few times, and are always blown away, so why not try out the much raved about Indochine. On arrival we were greeted by the ever smiling staff and taken to our table with a breath... More

We dined at "Indochine", the estate's lower priced restaurant. After a very warm and friendly welcome, we we're shown to our table on the veranda where we had drinks. Later on we had a three course dinner which was simply great. I'd recommed the place if you're looking for something rather luxurious with friendly staff.

We were a table of four and we were all pleased with the food. All my three courses were really good and the only complaint I heard around the table was an aubergine side dish which was very fishy for some reason. I tried it myself and it really was fishy. Otherwise everything else was very tasty and the plates... More

This is THE best restaurant in South Africa in all categories. The food is fantastic. It has an asian touch which is lovely. I have been here 2 times and I will definitely come back next time I am in SA. The service is also outstanding and you can't complain about the view. All the food is easy to combine... More

Restaurant Manager explained menu as fusion food selection by naming springbok main course adding some asian herbs to be the reason for this. Just one dish with local meat does not make a fusion restaurant. All the other dishes are named according to asian dishes and that is where it ends. Asian food -even so called fusion dishes- taste different.

The Delaire Graff Estate is stunning. We drove from Cape Town to dinner and the trip was certianly worth it. The Hotel is simply exquisite, very grand, beautiful lush surroundings, and the artwork is incredible. The food at this restaurant is perfect, inventive Asian dishes, that delight and surprise. Excellent and attentive service, really a must if in the area,... More

We got a taxi here on our second night in Stellenbosch and were instantly impressed by the restaurant decor, ambience and surrounding views. The waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. We opted for a set menu which gave us a wide range of dishes at a very reasonable price. The fish eggs were particularly delicious! The flavour combination in all dishes... More
