We enjoyed everything we had at this small, family-run restaurant. Excellent bobotie spring rolls, oysters (huge and juicy), and succulent grilled sole, followed by amarula creme brulee. Generous wine pours. Knowledgeable and very helpful wait person. Definitely recommended.

Besides the biggest oysters I have ever seen in my life that's about it. The service not spectacular. I had fish and it was overcooked and tasted like it came from not one of the best local chipie. I wouldn't recommend it to a young couple.

Ordered oysters, but they were 'dirty': sand and pieces of the shell were all over the plate. Some oysters were not cold. Presentation okay. Food quite expensive for what you get. Staff friendly. All in all, average.

This is an excellent little family run restaurant which deserves greater recognition in Knysna. It is close to the 'action' at the Waterfront, so within easy walking distance for 'touroids'. Attentive service from both the owners and the waiter. Delicious food, attractively prepared, at a reasonable price.

After 26yrs this place just gets better all the time. For the discerning diner, this characteristic local seafood eatery is well styled and the menu offers great seafood all the way to exquisite steaks and everything in between! Thanks Kelly and Brian for a wonderful evening and your attention to detail and consistently providing a top class dining experience remains... More

A very good dining experience overall - I had the prawns with lemon butter sauce and hubby had the fish and prawn combo. Both really good. Ended with an extremely tasty Irish coffee. We were disappointed that 2 of the deserts we ordered were not available - but overall an extremely good experience.

We had one of the best meals in our South African trip in this restaurant. The seafood was really good and staff was fantastic. If in the area I will definitely go back!
