Enjoyed every moment: variety, quality, service... And not that expensive. The restaurant was fully booked on the night we've been there, so book in advance. Highly recommended!

Savoy Cabbage was recommended to us by our wine tour guide during our stay in Cape Town. Went back to SC after a long time for a birthday dinner. Food and service truly excellent. Great choice of wines too. Restaurant cleared out quite early, which is what I recalled from previous visit too, but staff quite happy for us to stick around.

We arrived in a somewhat cheerless mood, having been soaked to the skin in a cloudburst on our way. We were warmly and unfussily welcomed and treated to superb cooking at reasonable prices. We wouldn't recommend getting soaked, but we would strongly recommend this restaurant!

I enjoyed my meal here. I had the warthog - and it was very good. Quite memorable. My wife and I split the soup - a mushroom/chicken I believe. It was tasty. My carpaccio was very good. I wouldn't say it was spectacular. But, all in all, a great meal in a great atmosphere.
