Savoy Cabbage's ambience is delightful. We sat upstairs and enjoyed having a "birdseye view" of the restaurant. The food was very good. My husband had a beef dish and I had the mushroom stroganoff AND the desserts were great. The staff was very friendly which added to make the evening a delightful experience.

Great find in central CT which was a fitting venue for our 40th wedding anniversary night out. Food was lovely with excellent waitress service, complimented by a great wine list with helpful advice from Frank. Excellent value for money for us UK visitors

The atmosphere is cosy and the food is delicious. Staff friendly and the restaurant is in a great location.

Our dinner at Savoy Cabbage was delightful, delicious and so much fun. The warthog was superb. I cannot believe we ate it. You need to go and eat there and be adventurous. The server couldn't have been more helpful and it was a lovely dining experience. Thank you.

The menu is extensive and was filled with exotic African promises, which did not disappoint in our case. The wine and service was also excellent BUT by SA standards this is a larney restaurant (we felt a little out of place). If you want a classy joint with an African touch then this is definitely you. Following TripAdvisor reviews, we tried Savoy Cabbage. We had a table upstairs and so could watch food being prepared in the kitchen. The food was imaginative, well presented and tasty. Service was good, as were the wines. Recommended for a special occasion

Love the decor, main courses and desserts are great, good selection of wine, little pricey for every day eating.
