Think I'm too old. Full of angry ego-maniacs and odd females who lurk near tables with drinks. Give me a traditional bar anyday

There are several places along the front at Camps Bay that spill out onto the pavement and we stopped at the middle one for no other reason that they had a table outside half in and half out of the sun which suits us well. We were given menus immediately and our wine arrived without delay. The waiter was friendly... More

Been here on a few occasions and still can't see the hype about it . It's overrated and at one point one of the waitresses ended up drinking with the customers and still served us while clearly intoxicated (didn't get her name but she was unprofessional and rude). The guys behind the bar are great though and make good cocktails.Otherwise... More

We went there on a Sunday afternoon expecting to see a fun filled cafe with a beautiful view over Camps bay but instead it was lacking a genuine atmosphere and social aspect, but I can imagine there are better times that are had here.

I came here for an afternoon coffee and dessert. It was a long wait before my cappuccino was served and an even longer wait for the cheesecake. I started wondering if they have just started preparing the ingredients when I ordered for the cheesecake because it was a very long wait considering you only have to slice the cake. The... More

We chose Cafe Caprice because, on a weekday, it was the most buzzy place on the entire Camps Bay road. The servers were very friendly and courteous, the food and drinks looked and tasted great. We sat outside but the wind was too chilly so we shifted inside.

The line up was so long we were standing there just waiting for like two hours, didn't seem worth our time so we left.

We did eat here on our first night but it was really quiet on a Thursday night. The food was good but nothing special about the menu although I did enjoy my burger. We went back on a Sunday evening for drinks and it was a different place. Total party vibe with DJ which was a lot of fun.
