Enjoyed the restaurant. My sister had the fish and i had the ribs, and we both thought the food was very good. The waiter had just the right amount of humour and friendliness for us to have a well enjoyed evening. Great selection of cocktails and wine as well.

We had a great night here. We used to frequent their Camps bay restuarant which they ran for 22 yrs yrs before relocating. The Friday night we were there they had a live duo playing which added to the experince as we generally like live music. We were impressed with the friendly management and waiters that provided excellent service (with a... If you want to experience the other side of the bay from Cape Town then you have to visit this restaurant tucked away in Blouberg. There service is very good, and there meals are awesome.

I have visited Bayside Café a few times since their very welcome move to the Blouberg area from Camps Bay about one year ago and every time I go there, I am baffled as to why they are not busier. In my mind they have everything for locals and visitors ... their menu is one of the most extensive I... More

I live on top of Bayside Cafe. Literally. Which makes it an excellent spot for a nice breakfast, a decent lunch or sumptuous dinner. The view is great, the food excellent and the service friendly. The entire place has a nice & friendly vibe to it. The terrace has the best spots - unless it's windy which it can easily... More

Whist in Blouberg we went to this restaurant 3 times and each time had a great meal. The chef who is the owner always came out to see his patrons and nothing was to much trouble. The service was great but could be considered a wee too much but better that than the other way. Fantastic views and price wise... More

We previously visited Bayside in their old location in Camps Bay. The new location is good with super views. The food remains at the same high standard. We wish them all the best in building up the same reputation that they had in Camps Bay. Will be back!!!

Excellent service with a smile and good honest prices. We went to the bayside cafe everyday for the whole of our 10 day stop and the place is great value for money, with great service and probably the best food in the blouberg area it knocks spots of blue peter resturant and also has great sea views inside and outside... The view is outstanding, the menu is extensive and reasonably priced the service is great. As a family of 13 in the area a week we breakfasted, lunched, dined and snacked and they got it right every time, nothing was too much trouble, even the Chef is happy and welcoming. For us older folk the steps are a pain but... More
