3rd time here, past two times food was 5 * and so different and unique, this time a 4 ****, but the atmosphere in the court was really nice, excellent service and my starter the bouillabaisse was amazing. Will be there again, soon to sample more from the menu.

After a very warm welcome we were shown to our table at the window. Friedly staff guides you through the menu and the day's specials, so you won't miss out on anything. The food was definitely above average, but not within my Cape Town favourites... Note: There is a huge and rather cheap parking lot right across the street.

We liked the Bistro for it's well prepared and tasty dishes and the welcoming, warm service! Try to sit in the yard outside, if the weather is warm.

What an amazing meal we had, a rare treat with our visiting Canadian friend and a culinary mindblow. Coupled with some exquisite French wine (his choice, naughty!) we enjoyed a memorable meal together. The word "delicious" cropped up often whilst we made our way through the salmon salad, the tuna duo, the yellowtail (not dry!) and our friend his gnocchi,... More

My wife and I visited this restaurant for New years Eve. Our decision was based on these Tripadvisor reviews. I made a booking beforehand but they seem to have misplaced it. Nevertheless, they seated us which was good. We sat outside in the courtyard. Half the courtyard was dedicated to another restaurant or event as they were served different food... More

We had a delicious dinner, sitting outside. It was difficult to choose what to have because everything seemed to be realy good.

Good food and good service for our table of 8. I wouldn't say it's the best food I've ever eaten, but it certainly met expectations. We sat out in the courtyard, which was lovely on a warm summer's evening, but our dinner was spoilt by HQ appearing to turn into a nightclub around 10pm, which led to our speedy departure... More

My UK friend invited me to join her for lunch at Bizerca, located in Heritage Square, Cape Town. I have not been since the previous restaurant closed down and had no idea what to expect. The first thing I was pleased about was that the courtyard was covered by bedouin cover, keeping the hectic midday heat out. We ordered starters... More

Since years we go to Bizerca, yesterday again a great evening, perfect Service, great meals (oxtail Terrine, two different veal pieces, pinapple carpaccio), great wines and an absolute perfect atmosphere. The only disadvantage is: They are so perfect, that you hardly get a table, not the worst sign.... Thanks

Bistrot Bizerca has had Cape Town buzzing for months now but I have taken forever to finally go there! The reviews I had read on this place were quite mixed, most praising the food and general ambience however some said the food left something to be desired and /or the service was bad… so I went with an open mind,...
