Great pub and food!

Excellent prime spot on the waterfront! Popular pub for both food and booze. Ribs were excellent and seafood platter was very good. Only downside is that when we arrived, it was buzzing so service was very slow. Had to wait a long time after we'd ordered drinks before we received them and had to... read more

Went here for some drinks. Service was not very attentive despite the slow evening. Beer was cold, so no problem there.

A lively bar to enjoy a drink with family and friends with great pub food from seafood to grill. Great ribs, seafood platter was good but portion size for the platter is definitely for one, not enough to share. If you want to sit outside, grab a table early! Great selection of beers to be had.

Underwhelming service at peak time of 5pm. Our waiter had to be called over to order the next round and still forgot to bring some glasses with ice. Another waiter saw we had our son with us and he brought over an activity pack for him to do which was great. Used to be the place but not sure we... More

The Pizza is top notch, the atmosphere is buzzing with many punters but relaxed and spacious so that you don't feel bustled. The layout and design was great, like the Keg Urinals in the male toilets. I did try the 5 craft beer tasters but they were not cold. I asked about this an they told me the the beer... More

Great place for a beer or a quick eat! Friendly, quick and helpful staff. I had a delicious beer and fried calamari which really tasted great! I would definitely go back.

On a steaming hot day, this was a very welcome shaded lunch stop. The men enjoyed their beers and there's plenty of soft drinks to choose from. Lunch was good, the fish cakes with salad very tasty and apparently the fish and chips were very good too. All reasonably priced and a very friendly waiter.

spent a very happy eight hours of sevens rugby on the final sunday, 300 rand seems to go nowhere when you are in good company especially with the rsa and Scotland getting silver wear admittedly at slightly different levels. perhaps not for the ladies but the gents are fascinatingly different. castle draught superb even after 10 or 12pints
