Excellent you get to choose your own fresh sea food fresh from the sea to their fish counter. You choose whatever you want. Choose whatever size you want cut me we had prawns, sole and Kingklip and they were all cooked to perfection.

If you like great fish or Sushi then this is for you. Great experience, no menu, no pretence, up go with your waiter to the fish counter, they tell you about what each fish is, you tell them how much you want, it's weighed and cooked as you would like it. Fish is served with chips or rice or veg,... More

We ate here on recommendation. There are no menus and you select your fish and seafood and it is cooked freshly for you. Its a noisy and buzzy restaurant so not one for a romantic meal but the service was great and our waitress helped with our choices and the food was delicious.

....this is a must visit restaurant if you are in Camps Bay. The staff were very knowledgeable on all things "fishy" and the eventual selection was presented and cooked to perfection. Enjoy....

It's busy, so you need to book in advance. The restaurant gets quite packed but is is worth it. Food was superb, especially the teppanyaki prawns, Sushi is very good too. We decided to have a seafood selection from grill for our main course. you are taken by the waiter to show you the selection and you pick what you... More

We were invited for a Saturday Night meal (Feast) at the Codfather. We arrived just after 7pm. A table was booked for 7 and an eighth party joined the group. There was only enough comfortable seating for 6 at the table that we were allotted and 8 of us had to squeeze in to the extremely cramped space. Access to... More

We eat here whilst staying in Camps Bay and the place is fantastic. They are booked out quite a lot so you need to book to ensure a table. There is no food menu as everything is freshly caught. Basically you go up to the counter, pick out the fish/seafood you want and they then bring it to you for... More

We booked 8 weeks in advance and the place was packed, but for a good reason, the food and view were perfect. Great selection of seafood, fish and sushi and wine made for a memorable evening

This was a first time for us and we loved it - the whole process of going up to the counter and picking your own fish and seafood was amazing. Our waiters, Ben and Trevor did all they could to make it a great experience and it was!
