Had dinner at Codfather. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, was a totally different experience, very casual with great food. Seafood lovers paradise. Would recommend it to all.

We couldn't get enough, this place had the best seafood! Be sure to follow up with some ice cream creations after dinner!

Great ambiance, fantastic fresh fish that you choose yourself from the fish counter and very attentive staff. If you love fish you will love this restaurant.

Staying at The Bay Hotel, great fun and cheaper to eat here, chose the prawns or fresh fish from the slab and tell cheffy how to cook ity. Top stuff.

yet another great meal. We emailed before leaving the UK to book a table which was confirmed but they had no record of this when we arrived but they found us a table without any problem. The service is friendly and welcoming. After choosing the fish it is presented in a large pan and it tasted delicious! It never disappoints... More

This is not on the front at Camps Bay and is above a cafe. Again we didn't book but after having a glass of wine at the bar they found us a table. You go to the fish counter to choose whatever you want, they weigh it and bring it to you, excellent value too.I had the kingclip which was... More

We had Just flown in from London and wanted somewhere special for our first night in Camps Bay. The Codfather was absolutely perfect. Our waiter, Z, was lovely and helped us choose an amazing selection of prawns and Kinglip, served with chips & green veg. I really can't stress enough how much we enjoyed this restaurant.

The sushi and seafood platters at Codfather are the best in CT by far. We ate a Quay 4 and this was 100x better.

If you are wanting to eat seafood, then look no further than the Codfather. The sushi is delicious, and the seafood is varied and fresh. The waitrons are very friendly and knowledgeable about the seafood on offer. Choosing which seafood you want is a unique experience as there is no set menu; your waiter will take you to the seafood... More

We went here last night, and had some lovely fresh fish. As others have said, there's no menu, your waiter takes you to a counter brimming with fresh fish and seafood, and you make your choice. The price is confirmed to you before you sit back down (so no nasty surprises). We had chips with out fish-how they make them... More
