We were looking for a local Italian Restaurant for dinner after arriving in Lake Havasu City. Although we were staying in a campground, and had everything to cook, turning on the oven when it's 115 outside just wasn't what I wanted to do. We checked out Mario's and decided to give it a try. We arrived just after opening, and... More

We had traveled a long way and it was very hot in Lake Havasu City but we wanted to get a good meal before bed. Both our hotel clerk and Tripadvisor was very positive on Mario's. We were not disappointed. The service was prompt and attentive, the food was hot and nicely presented and the cost was reasonable, especially in... More

The food taste freezer burned and old. There was a whole garlic clove in my penne pasta?? Shouldn't they have minced that up?? Slimy sliced onions, and red peppers with grey looking sausage, and that was my second dish I had to send the first one back because the ravioli tasted old...My friend's dish, Gnocchi, tasted hard, and the marinara... We ate here tonight, nice and busy, so good atmosphere, good reliable pasta, not the best I have ever had, pasta a bit soft, but good portion, and very good server, would return if in the area again.

Excellent value for dinner. A very large glass of wine and crab-cakes followed by eggplant parmesian, salad and breadsticks for a totally reasonable price. Our hotel offered a coupon for a free appetizer. Very good service.

Referred by hotel (see review of Hampton Inn) - located in light industrial/commercial area so were somewhat hesitant. Old, small restaurant but it was really, really good! Very pleased with meal & service. Would recommend.

The people at this Italian Place were very nice and also very funny. They served us very well. The place could have been cleaner, but we won't focus on that.

Whenever my wife and I are in Havasu we love to come to this place! Starting with the awesome bread served with olive oil and spices to the generous portions, we love this place! My wife always has a doggy bag, I am not so well disciplined! lol!

We ate here twice in three nights. Good service, good food. The servers remembered that I was there to run a half-marathon and asked how I had done when we returned for the second night. Good family place; we saw several tables of extended families.

being a business traveler to Lake Havasu every other week creates a strong desire for food variation. My trusted front desk area guru at the Hampton suggested I try her favorite Italian spot just up the street, Marios. Wow being from NY its easy to get spoiled with the best Italian food around. This place was obvious their roots started... More
