Busy restaurant with a buzz on Florida Road

This is a fairly noisy restaurant but it has a buzz and a special energy. You can sit outside or inside but tables cannot be booked so it is first-come first-served. Despite being very busy, service was friendly, good-humoured and efficient. The food was Italian style, reasonably priced and of good... read more

A solid choice for some decent Italian. It's not incredible but it does the trick. Pizzas and pastas are obviously the orders of the day and the chocolate volcano is a pretty standout dessert. Some of the food tends to be oily so ask for no extra olive oil to be added.

I had a business dinner here. The restaurant is extremely busy, but this does not deter from the great quality of the food. We had a few different starters, but what was particularly good was the bruschetta di pommodoro. Definitely give it a try. Although all the starters were fresh and tasty. For mains I had the chicken Ravioli which... More

Be aware this is a very casual place. The paper take out menu is the also the in house menu which you find stacked on your table. Utensils are in a jar in the middle of the table with the paper napkins. It is also a very loud place - all hard surfaces. The service is very friendly. The Spigitini... More

We went to this place to have a vegetarian pizza. On the downside there was only one item for vegetarians on the menu for vegetarians. But the food was delicious and it was worth eating in Spiga. The place is almost always with people which is very nice to be.

Isn't it strange, you go to a restaurant the first time, get excellent service, great food, then, you go back a few months later, and none of that great vibe, or food, is there anymore....portion size has decreased, and the great wine you had last time on the menu, just went out of stock. Well folks, that exactly what happened... More
