So....Yelp led me wrong. It's rare, but it happens. Walked in around 6pm, and there were few people in there. It was dead silent, besides listening to the others talk. Hostess/waitress was very polite. Ordered a coke and chicken parmigiana. Coke was flat, stuck with water. Bread came, it was awesome! My hopes were now high. Then my good came.....I... More

There are not a lot of choices for fine dining in Kingman and this one is the best. Kenneth, the waiter did a fine job of explaining the specials, describing the differences between two wines I was considering and the details of the dishes we were planning on ordering. Service was prompt and considerate without being intrusive. Food was quite... More

This place is a sneaky little gem that you wouldn't expect in a small town like Kingman. If you're in the vicinity, GO! The ambiance may not knock your socks off, but the food will. The fried ravioli appetizer is divine & the pizzas will make you feel like you've died & gone to fat kid heaven. For something different,... More

After a long hot drive, Mattina's was a welcome oasis. A diverse menu and attractive specials. The sole stuffed with shrimp and scallops and the Ahi tuna were both very good. A short wine list with several good bottles gave us several options. Our server was helpful and attentive, but after we asked about the size of the salads, he... More

Recently bought by Burge Enterprises, the menu has not changed. Some remodeling was done, new paint, new door. Food was excellent as always. Staff is very accommodating. This is THE place to go in Kingman for fine dining.

Did not expect to find such lovely restaurant on our way through kingman. Great food, live piano music and kid friendly (we have a 1 and 3 year old). Definitely recommend it!

Driving through on I 40 and this was a great surprise. Quality wS excellent and portions were huge. Four entrees were plenty for 6 of us to share. We all thought they were great!

An unexpected gem in a small house....the food was very good, especially the Italian sausage in the dish we shared. Service was good and we enjoyed the piano player, very talented. The bruschetta was different--quite vinegary, probably to mask the tastelessness of early Roma tomatoes.

Both my wife and I had the rib eye steak dinner. The Capone. No taste to either steak. Mine was tender enough...hers was not. The red potatoes they served were dry and amounted to 3 fork fulls. Her angel hair pasta was flavorful but dry. Jason felt bad about the room being so warm he comped the dessert but the... More

Food is OK; service is wannabe, that is, they want to be a good, small town, upscale restaurant, but they have not mastered the arts of customer service or understanding customers. For the prices they charge, customer service is critical to keeping the doors open. Our experience was simple: we were only the third table to be seated on a... More
