Well in a hole of a town like Kingman who would have thought there would be a restaurant of this quality. The food was of world standard and the the piano player a real gem. Just a wonderful experience.

We found this restaurant via Yelp and chose it based on that fact that it was open on Christmas Eve and had reasonable reviews. It's located in a non-descript building off the beaten track to most restaurants in Kingman- easy enough to find with a GPS. We were pleasantly surprised by the live music and the quiet atmosphere. Given that... More

This Italian restaurant was nice, warm and cozy with lots of Christmas décor. There was no piano player on our night. At 7pm there was only 5 couples and we saw only one employee the entire time we were there. She was nice and friendly but seemed to forget some of our requests and was slow to bring things like... Small, dark and cold, the restaurant is a perfect fit for the depressed neighborhood of Route 66 hangers-on. Get over or already! We were seated quickly and I asked for a bottle of the house Chianti which I had been assured was "very good." When it arrived in a Whicker covered bottle u should have taken the hint. I ordered... I had not been here since the new owners took it over. I was surprised, the place looked remodeled, newer. The low lights and the fireplace makes a quiet atmosphere perfect for a romantic date. The food was really good. The filet mignon is the best in town by far. My fiancee loved the seafood. The bread they brought was... More

I've eaten at several local restaurants during my trip to Kingman. Most of them were fine, but Mattina's was amazing! The food was delicious, the staff was very professional and attentive, and there was a man playing the piano. I'm so glad I stopped!

After completing a long first day on Route 66, my family and I were looking forward to a relaxing over a good Italian meal. From the minute we walked in (no reservation), we were made very welcome, our salads and pasta dishes were delicious and our waiter (thanks Kenny) was great - attentive but not annoying! We each had different... More

I had chicken piccata with angel hair pasta, and my husband had penne and meat sauce. Both were excellent. The pace was a bit more leisurely than we like, but our server was attentive.
