Quaint 1950s theme atmosphere, mmemorabilia & music, decent food, very good service but a bit pricey.

Good sixties atmosphere, friendly staff, but: most important is the food and that wasn't tasty! We had breakfast: Waffle and "...Ranchero".not worth the money. I guess that there are better Dinners in town.

Great Food, Service..Nostalgic 50-60s Decor. We have been at least 5 visits , twice for breakfast and 3 for dinner. Pizza is good, Burgers fries and onion rings were great. Samatha is a great server..No complaints.

The 50's decor is over the top but the food & the service were both EXCELLENT! The burger was huge & cooked perfectly. The kids enjoyed their kids meals, again both cooked perfectly. DH enjoyed his Chicken Fried Steak as well. If we ever stop in Kingman again, we'll probably stop & eat here.

If the chain fast-food restaurants are average than Mr. D'z rates a Very Good. Plenty of food with classic looking milkshakes, floats & sodas. Beats Mickey Ds or Crap in a Sock any day. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

We started off OK with shakes, but then waited 40 minutes with no food. We had to track down servers three times to ask the status of our order. Finally were told they had a "big" group. Really? It wasn't even full inside. Why not communicate with us, and maybe bring us some fries or something so we don't starve?... More

I'm always a bit bemused by the rave reviews of Mr D'z, particularly by those that claim it as a 'slice of history'. Yes, there was a little cafe and gas station here in the 60s, but Mr D'z only opened in 2000. The thing is, it's a real pastiche of what people expect of Route 66 and nothing like... More

So we has read the guidebooks and it was clear we had to stop here for a bit to eat. We arrived for a late lunch and were quickly seated in the great 50s retro diner. We ordered a selection of burgers and hotdogs - the conclusion was that the burgers were definitely a better option. The root beer was... More

Enjoyed a fab burger and grilled cheese with onion ringers. Nice thick shakes and large tasty coke float. Very nice wait staff with cute 50's diner decor. Recommend a stop if you are passing through Kingman on route 66😀

Absolutely fantastic food & service and great prices! My husband and I will definitely be making stops here on our way to and from our home (Phoenix) & Vegas! You must try one of their amazing shakes too!!
