The pulled pork was tender, nicely seasoned, and tasty. The casual, friendly atmosphere and service made for an enjoyable, filling dinner. The Route Beer is good too.
Honest Southern BBQ This place serves real honest bbq straight from the heart. Bubba and his crew prepare this food smoked to perfection on his Ole Hickory Pit from his home town and serve this food with southern hospitality. The meat flavors are plain and simple and with the different sauces you can modify them to your tasting, so there... More
We have lunch at Redneck's pretty much each time we visit Kingman. The food is great, the prices reasonable and the staff is friendly. The pulled pork and pork ribs are my favorite but I also love the chicken and beef. The sides are generous and yummy.
We went in here on a trip to visit family. My husband ordered the pulled beef and pulled chicken. Both were nasty. Dried out and tasted like yesterday's food. Maybe if they had left it in a sauce or something... Maybe over cooked. Not good. He didn't eat it. My sister in law and I both ordered the ribs. They... More
This BBQ place will fool a first time patron - after walking in, you see picnic style tables and a cafeteria line. Don't let that fool you. The BBQ is delicious. Plus, the patio in back is pet friendly. As we were leaving, one of the employees came out to the patio an chated with us for a brief time.... More
This is just a hole in the wall kind of place on old Route 66. When you walk in, you are greeted and they explain the process to get your food and the specials. Nice touch. It is a cafeteria style food line and you grab a table wherever. I have had some of the best BBQ around the country,... More
Just a local corner cafe/diner, just between the I-40 and Route 66 on the Main Street. We loved the Pulled Pork and Frozen Lemon Pie! Decor is good - like a Transport Cafe, but focused on local Route 66 memorabilia. These Excellent Reviews are all true...enjoy it.
I don't consider Kingman Arizona to be a southern BBQ Mecca, but this comes pretty close to the real thing. I had the beef brisket plate with cole slaw and baked beans. It was delicious and a generous size portion. It beats the hell out of a fast food drive in that I thought I might end up with. I'll... More
We drove from Vegas to the Grand Canyon, and this was a perfect lunch stop off place. Very cool decor inside - the owners have clearly thought very carefully about the feel of the place. The food was excellent, served quickly and very tasty. However, what made me want to write this review is the quality of the of the... More
