Pet friendly

WOW! Exquisite place to just relax on a Sunday. Love the fact that they're pet friendly with a doggy menu even. Bar tenders are a treat on happy hour Fridays. One can become a local in no time. Good waiters. I might not have a very socialable doggy but their dogs are well behaved and welcoming... read more

I have been there before & will tell any of my friends or family to go there. Lunch was very nice, service very good. All tables under an umbrella for the sun or rain (if it came)

As a professional chef I was disgusted with the service! Waited 30min for drinks only to find out that they dont have stock! Didnt take our side orders and after another 20 min waiting for my little brothers food ordered with the drinks our waitress asked what was the order again?... And finally when food came it was switched up... More

We visited on Womens Day. The Service was absolutely appalling. I ordered a bottle of wine (from their very limiting wine list) when it finally arrived 30 mins (!!!) later I told the waitress to not bother opening it and take it back. We ordered our food. First of all I was so disappointed in the stock standard, average menu... More

Lovely for a family day out, swimming pools, boat cruises, bar, restaurant, sand pit area for kids and climbing frame. People take there dogs as its animal friendly waiters bring bowls of water for pets. Food is great value for money.

The restaurant is situated on the Stonehaven Resort, about 85kms/54miles from Johannesburg The restaurant itself is enormous with inside and outside seating. The food is wonderful and service great. Each month they have different specials, including wine tastings and drink specials.

The food is really always good. But what really gets to me is that we never ever have had good service. You have to flag down your waiter, wait for drinks for 30 minutes. I am sorry, but this is not what i want to pay for.

Great pub that made for a wonderful break from an otherwise normal working week. We didn't try and do anything other that have a drink at the bar but it looks like there are loads of water / leisure related activities available there for families / visitors.

Stonehaven caters for small family outings or large special occasions. They have facilities for the little ones and also encourage families to bring along their four legged friends (they even have a Doggie menu). There are also opportunities to take various boat cruises from their jetties, really nice!
