We arrived about 20 minutes before closing and promised to eat quickly. There was no pressure on us and whilst we were there, another 4 couples/families came in and were seated eventhough they should have closed. The food was perfectly acceptable and other than not being able to have a cold beer with the meal we enjoyed the experience.

Smallish, typical restaurant with honest Indian and Mexican food. A pity Kayenta is so for from the The View hotel, since they prove to the bastards out there that Indians CAN cook.

One of us ordered the Mexican Special and the title of this review is a direct quote from him. The chips that came before the meal were so stale and awful that they were inedible. literally, we only nibbled the corners of one each to taste the salsa (salsa was good). The taco shells were also what we call "pre-fab"... More

We had dinner there last night , tried mainly Mexican food and the Navajo fry bread . Small Cozy place , good food , nice service , my 11 year old thought it was family friendly :-) Not much option in Kaenta AZ and I would rather eat here rather than in MacD or BK if I am here again... More

Cheap, cheerful and recommended. Very basic establishment but good value Mexican style food. Lots of locals eating there and while there a few eating options in town they obviously know where to get a good feed. Busy on the night we were there = 04 July so you might have to wait in mid summer around evening meal times. Friendly... More

Both the Navajo Taco and the Combination plates were about average. Service was good but the best thing is the nearness to the motel.

Not too many places to eat in Kayenta unless you want to eat at the hotel. We stopped in right before closing and they gladly served us without rushing to get us out. The food was just ok.

We saw the billboard claiming great food and we thought skeptically, yeah right. But we came here and it is great. I had the chicken enchiladas and my wife the Navajo taco (which is HUGE). Try the Mexican food.

Great local place don't let the outside scare you away. We enjoyed the Navajo taco and chimichanga and would recommend both.

Wouldn't have gone in, based on appearances, had I not read reviews in Trip Advisor. The menu was varied and everything we saw come out of the kitchen looked great. Noticed that the crowd seemed to be all locals except for us.
