Came in on a relatively quiet afternoon, so waitresses were clearly not over stressed. Ordered the steak at the recommendation of the waitress. I ordered it medium. First it came out on the verge of well done. Sent it back requesting medium rare thinking the cook might overlook it again and it came back nearly blue. Once again sent it... More

In one word delicious! Make sure to book or be prepared to wait 45 minutes minimum for a table, waiting is well worth it I assure you! The service is great, the food is fabulous, the waiting time in between meals is long but on the otherhand it ensures digestion. We absolutely loved it and will return when possible. The... More

The restaurant came highly recommended by our guesthouse manager and we were not disappointed - the decor and the beautifully dressed waitresses set this restaurant apart from the start. The menu is extensive and the food is outstanding - the steaks melt in your mouth!

On Tuesday evening 4 November 2014, I visited this truly elegant restaurant. The ambiance is complimented by attentive waitresses who are all immaculately dressed in elegant long blue dresses. Full marks to the Coachman for moving away from the mundane "cheap" black outfits usually provided by the temporary waitresses and waiters themselves. The service in every small detail was excellent.... More

Perfect restaurant for a business dinner or a 5star experience. Helpful (and extremely attractive) staff with very broad knowledge on the menu will make this an enjoyable experience. Book a table outside to enjoy the views of Humewood beach. The Black Widow Mushroom starter is absolutely divine.

The restaurant is now at the Algoa Bayside overlooking the Bay. We have been here many times and celebrate all our families' birthday etc here. Time and again the food is excellent, the Maitre'd highly professional and the gorgeous girls (waitrons) all eye candy - talking about treating the senses! And every time the restaurant was absolutely packed to capacity.

Very nice place to sit on the out side deck with your husband and spend the night alone watching the beachfront. Enjoying the boats passing by and having wonderful food.
