Thank you for hosting our Mom's 70th Birthday Breakfast on Friday morning, the 17th January 2014. We were a large group of 50 for breakfast, but everything ran well. The staff were so friendly and ran their feet off and kept smiling right through :) we have received only wonderful feedback from guests about the service and food. Thanks again... More

What a disappointment to find that the original quality food which put Cobblestone Bistro on the map, no longer exists. I had possibly the worst piece of carrot cake I have ever had, whilst my pal had a black brownie - also a bland, tasteless affair. The service is good, but the large numbers of loaves of bread, languishing on... More

Good afternoon Mam I would like start off by apologizing to you and your friend for the fact that you did not enjoy your Sweet Treats at our Bakery. We would have gladly replaced it with a new treat or something else. We do on the other hand get a lot of compliments about our Carrot Cakes and Chocolate Brownies.... More

When entering the bakery/bistro it looked like a nice place to have lunch. Once i had sat done, the table was sticky and had not been cleaned. The food took a while to come to me, i waited over 30 minutes for a chicken tramezzini which was below average in terms of the taste. Not somewhere i would go again... More

Constantly visiting PE for Business, I cant not go around to Cobblestone. With some of the best coffee I've ever had, and some of the heartiest meals to grace my face, this is a must for every single business, leisure, local or international traveller. Friendly staff, attentive owners and, again, the best damn coffee, makes this one of my top... More

Visiting a friend in PE she introduced me to the friendly owners of this warm coffee shop in which the lovely aroma of freshly baked bread lingered. Went there twice for breakfast and both times I was very satisfied. The service was swift, the food a good helping and their Red Cappuccino is divine! Even brought home a slice of... More

We used to love this place. The food was good and even though the service was slow we didn't mind the wait knowing what was coming out of the kitchen. The new owners are very pleasant and the portions are ample, pricing is also good. The missing ingrediant is that quantity does not replace quality and serving huge portions that... More

Ordered the Cobblestone breakfast which gave us the feeling and taste that we where having a wholesome farmers meal. They went the extra mile, eg the tomatoes where roasted with a touch of herbs, the beans had been prepared with finely diced onions, and the boerewors was good not fatty. Homemade toasted pot bread accompanied the meal with honey on... More

Great place to escape... a number of original items on their menu and daily they bake a variety of fresh breads from stoneground flour as well as other baked goodies including a good selection of gluten-free breads. Their pizzas are excellent and I loved the smoked chicken pita! Good friendly service!

They have the most amazing treats here. My favourite are the magic bars. Lovely coffee and friendly staff.
