I totally love This restaurant. It's the best in the area and I've been returning year after year after year! The quality never changes and the staff is so friendly! I had the privilege to meet the chef years ago and must compliment him as the quality has remained impeccable.

Grazia has a fantastic location, with its beautiful view over the rolling waves. Also, the ambience is superb. I would recommend that EVERY restaurant owner in South Africa, if not the world, should pay Grazia a visit to comprehend that music does not need to be loud, that conversations may be conducted in normal tones, and that good service brings...

I always welcome constructive criticism as without it we cannot keep our standards and quality of our food, I would appreciate to know if you did point out to our management, the problem with your meal, and the date of you visit our restaurant, as I have investigated with them and they do not recall any complaints.

The front desk manager was great. Waiter was "new" and unsure of his role. The food ordered was not great, the sole (Malta) was very "fishy" indicating not fresh Other dishes were very average Other diners from nationals confirmed our experience

I welcome constructive criticism, I have contacted the supplier of the sole (Malta), we have given them the batch no, with tracebility and I can happly confirm that the sole was not old.

Lovely place to go with the one you love. Atmosphere is calm and soft. Music sweet works very well the atmosphere. Service super. Food is delicious.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal at Grazia on Sunday 17 March 2013. The atmosphere was great, the attention to detail, and service was a refreshing change to the usual disappointment we have experienced in East London in general.
