The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in the old Clinkscale Mercantile building, built in 1899. Opening in 2004, we have made many renovations while trying to keep the old focal points and uniqueness of the original architecture. We aren't hard to find with our beautiful red building and black and white awnings! Feel free to grab some lavender from our herb garden located in the front window box!The Mile High Inn is located above the Grill and accessible through a separate entrance, though all check-ins are done at the Grill. Here you will step back in time with the Victorian styled Inn with high ceilings, original oil paintings and most importantly, the cozy, comfortable beds. a local told me that this is the place for breakfast. I started with the blood ray which has a little horseradish in it (perfect) For breakfast I ordered the corn beef hash with Over easy eggs on top. I for one really do not like to risk ordering Can I call you right back? Hash since we all grew... More

Cant leave Jerome without trying a Chorizo Quesadilla from the Mile High Grill located in old mining 7 ghost town of Jerome Arizona. It comes garnished with a avacado sauce and a side. Go early or later for Lunch, this place is hopping!

We've only eaten breakfast here, so far, so I can only comment on that part of the menu. With our stay at the Inn, two breakfasts were included which were 2 eggs, home potatoes and choice of meat. My husband ordered the bacon which reminded us of Texas bacon, big hearty slices. I ordered a ham steak which was delicious,... More

Wish I had some remarkable insight to add. Alas, the Prime Rib dip sandwich was great and the accompanying onion rings tasty. It was served quickly and the staff was friendly in a lovely natural way. Highly recommended.

Ok, I know there aren't a lot of places to eat in Jerome, but this was one of the best meals we had on our Scottsdale, Sedona touring trip. Everything was wonderful- burgers, steak, grilled cheese with maz sticks in it, turkey burger. All great! Eat here but get here early. The place fills up quickly.

The Mile High is a classic Jerome spot, with always lovely service and fantastic food. I've been there for lunch and dinner, as well as just cocktails, but it seems we end up there most often at breakfast time, as our vintage Volkswagen car club, based in the Clarkdale/Jerome area, favors the Mile High as a morning meet-up location. On... More

My son did a project on Jerome for school, so we decided to take him their for a weekend. We ended up eating at the Mile High because they were sponsored on the Jerome AZ website as being the best burger in town. I have to say it was pretty good. The live music was awesome and both my kids... More

We visited Jerome during our stay in Sedona and found this gem of a restaurant during our visit. Our waiter was wonderful and the service was fast. The fried pickles were delicious! The menu was extensive and included several vegetarian choices. I highly recommend this restaurant while visiting Jerome.
