Description: The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in...
The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in the old Clinkscale Mercantile building, built in 1899. Opening in 2004, we have made many renovations while trying to keep the old focal points and uniqueness of the original architecture. We aren't hard to find with our beautiful red building and black and white awnings! Feel free to grab some lavender from our herb garden located in the front window box!The Mile High Inn is located above the Grill and accessible through a separate entrance, though all check-ins are done at the Grill. Here you will step back in time with the Victorian styled Inn with high ceilings, original oil paintings and most importantly, the cozy, comfortable beds. It is a great spot to have a romantic getaway. Oh, and if you feel (but can't see) a little something rubbing against your ankles, don't fear! It's only Skipp, the ghost kitty.

Great food in a beautiful setting

We lucked into a parking space right outside of the Mile High Grill, so decided to go there for lunch. Service was quick, friendly, and personal. The macaroni and cheese with jalapenos was the best mac and cheese that I've ever had. They were quick on the refills for our beverages. Plan to go back... read more

Busy and popular lunch spot. The special of the day was pastrami on rye and it was beautifully prepared with coleslaw and cheese. I had Sammy's pulled pork sandwich and it was very good, served with coleslaw and a beer battered onion ring. The onion ring was so good that we ordered a separate side order of it to share.... In my opinion, this is the best place to eat in town. Ridiculously friendly staff and no wait time for a table. Jerome can get pretty crowded with other tourists, so stop in here for an ice cold lemonade and a burger.

Everything we ordered was superb!! Highly recommend. Our party had a wide range from burger and salad to the daily special. We also had soups and appetizers and literally everything was good.

Consistently great food and courteous service. Sit in the window and watch the town go by...Food always fresh and hot, beer always crisp and cold. People who run it are very attentive.

my wife and I went to Jerome on a Saturday. The town was packed everywhere you went. The restaurant we had planned to go to had a long wait so we decided to try Mile High Grill. It is more of a bar type atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The food was better than expected,... More

Being snowbirds, we constantly are having visitors to our home in Surprise, Arizona. Without fail, Jerome, Arizona and the Mile High Grill and Inn are a must for our visitors to experience. Again, our lunch, with of course the Bloody Marys, was excellent and our whole group commented about returning again to enjoy a day in Jerome and lunch at... More

a local told me that this is the place for breakfast. I started with the blood ray which has a little horseradish in it (perfect) For breakfast I ordered the corn beef hash with Over easy eggs on top. I for one really do not like to risk ordering Can I call you right back? Hash since we all grew... More
