Description: The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in...
The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in the old Clinkscale Mercantile building, built in 1899. Opening in 2004, we have made many renovations while trying to keep the old focal points and uniqueness of the original architecture. We aren't hard to find with our beautiful red building and black and white awnings! Feel free to grab some lavender from our herb garden located in the front window box!The Mile High Inn is located above the Grill and accessible through a separate entrance, though all check-ins are done at the Grill. Here you will step back in time with the Victorian styled Inn with high ceilings, original oil paintings and most importantly, the cozy, comfortable beds. It is a great spot to have a romantic getaway. Oh, and if you feel (but can't see) a little something rubbing against your ankles, don't fear! It's only Skipp, the ghost kitty.

Great place for breakfast. Their bloody marys were a little hot but the food and service was outstanding.

You would think that finding a good place to have breakfast would be easy, but it's surprising how many places just don't provide good breakfast fare. Mile High Grill is one of the good ones and deserves each and every bubble of its high rating. One of us requires eggs and meat, at the very minimum, for breakfast, - the... More

My friend and I were trying to find a place to eat in Jerome. We tried to get into some other eating establishments, but they were too busy. I suggested this place , they were busy as well. We sat at the Bar and the bartender was very friendly, he brought menus and we were served in a quick timely... More

I have been to this restaurant several times. The last time I was there for lunch. The corn beef sandwich was delicious. My friend had the hamburger and thought it was great. Her twin boys had big bowls of macaroni and cheese. Filled those two guys right up which is not easy to do. I have been told the grill... More

We learned of the Mile High Grill from a local tour guide in Sedona - he said he routinely drives there for breakfast. We didn't make it in time for breakfast but lunch was great and they had some wonderful local beers on tap. The service was excellent! The atmosphere and views are worth the trip alone. Definitely a highlight... More

Loved the quaint restaurant with all its nice signs on the wall. We had the Mile High Bloody Mary's which were very good. For breakfast I had the Chimichurri Pork Hash, I loved it so I'm going to try to make at home, the others had Lunch for Breakfast Burger, they were also very good, I would go back to... More

Quaint restaurant with a nice variety of items to choose from. Loved the eggs Benedict and my husband liked his french toast. The wait staff was friendly and the place was clean and inviting. We'll be back for sure ;)

This review is just for the grill. We ate here once for dinner and once for breakfast. Dinner was good, but not necessarily anything to write home about. Breakfast on the other hand? That was a whole other ball game. We had started off our first morning in Jerome taking a leisurely stroll down the winding streets of Jerome and... More

Service was alright, food was okay. Not a lot of options. Our server was nice but wasn't very attentive to our table even though it was very slow.

We took a day trip to Jerome and we stopped here for lunch. The service was excellent and staff were friendly and courteous. The food was super tasty I had a double bacon burger with a side of fruit. Great food and service. Would recommend this place to anyone in this area definitely worth stopping by for a good meal.
