Description: The Mile High Grill and Inn sits atop the Jerome hill on Main Street in the old Clinkscale Mercantile building, built in 1899. Opening in 2004, we have made many renovations while trying to keep the old focal points and uniqueness of the original architecture. We aren't hard to find with our beautiful red building and black and white awnings! Feel free to grab some lavender from our herb garden located in the front window box!The Mile High Inn is located above the Grill and accessible through a separate entrance, though all check-ins are done at the Grill. Here you will step back in time with the Victorian styled Inn with high ceilings, original oil paintings and most importantly, the cozy, comfortable beds. It is a great spot to have a romantic getaway. Oh, and if you feel (but can't see) a little something rubbing against your ankles, don't fear! It's only Skipp, the ghost kitty.

When you think about great food you would never think about a place in a small town and the middle of nowhere. Mile high has amazing fair like crab cakes and Mac and cheese with crumbled bacon. A must try when in Jerome.

Had lunch here. The server and service was very good. Atmosphere inside was very good. We sat at a window seat and watch people pass by outside. You get a bit of a view at the window. I had a shrimp po boy sandwich, very good. I would go back.

We stayed in Jerome over a weekend and stopped in the Mile High Grill for breakfast. We were immediately greeted very sincerely and warmly and seated right away. The waitress then approached us with a warm smile and great greeting. My husband had the steak and eggs with their breakfast potatoes. I had the traditional eggs benedict but chose the... More

Lunch at Mile High Grill on a busy Saturday felt like an easy Thursday. The host, I didn't catch his name, is welcoming and quick with a joke. Initially we were seated in the far rear, but when a table opened up by the front window after we ordered, he moved us. Raspberry Iced Tea fit the bill after hiking... More

Had the eggs benedict with crab cakes instead of muffns. First time ever that I have had eggs benedict this way. To say the least it was an oustanding breakfast. Had the breakfast potatoes with the eggs. They were good but not fantastic. Just somewhat small cuts. However, meal overall was very good and we would go back again.

What a great spot for breakfast in Jerome! The staff was friendly and welcoming upon our arrival, however, we got the only female server, who seemed really unhappy to have customers.....huevos rancheros was absolutely delicious and the hubby had the chicken fried steak which he loved. The homemade jam alone is worth a visit, sadly we learned of it from... More

When in the Sedona area it is just a short ride to the town of Jerome and the many shops, and restaurants that this very quaint and historic town has to offer. The Grill is one of those places that we have stopped at before and will always go to for a great hamburger. The service is great, wait staff... More

I don't pass through Jerome very often, in fact this time was the first time in 4 years I've been here. I brought my son and his girl friend up to enjoy the peculiar qualities of Jerome and we ate at the Mile High Grill because this is where I had lunch 4 years ago and enjoyed it immensely. Last... We go to Jerome several times a year but, for some reason, had not had lunch at the Mile High Grill & Inn until today. Fantastic hamburgers, excellent soup of the day, and very good sweet potato fries, and good coffee. It was a great lunch stop. Everyone working there was super friendly and attentive. It's nice to try different... More

Wow, we had chicken fried steak for breakfast - it was the best I've ever had! Large portion, I couldn't even finish!
