Jerome is a very unique place. People who live there are proud of its history. They take a great care of the town and have a very relaxed attitude. This is not another recently built antique-looking place. It is quite authentic and alive. Unfortunately, most of the places (stores, restaurants) close early except for "Grapes". It was a real find... More

Unfortunately it was about 5pm when we arrived in Jerome on April 10 while on our way to Sedona. We had no idea that most businesses close at 5pm. After shopping in one of the only open stores, Cleopatra Hill, we stopped in Grapes for something cold to drink. The bartender was great.... friendly and offered advice on drinks there... More

Jerome doesn't appear to have lots to offer in terms of dining places in the evening, but we did find Grapes. We shared an ample portion of pasta (farfelle w/garlic oil). Typical Italian fare and our pasta was good albeit a bit oily, but very tasty. Our server was pleasant and we had great focaccia bread with the meal.

Interesting location. This restaurant is in the town of Jerome which is worth the time to visit on its own. Salads and soups are excellent. Homemade and healthy food is what you will find at this restaurant. The restaurant is small and therefore has limited seating both inside and outside. The staff was great and attentive at just the right... More

This was a great little restaurant. My dinner companion, a soup lover, was overjoyed with his soup and salad. My pizza was not only great - but vegetarian - which can be hard to find in some small towns. The waitress was quick and efficient and answered our question about the name of the wine multiple times (we just couldn't... More

Four of us had great meals. We all had a different meal and will return at some future date. Waitress was great, food was great, town was great!

The reviews are true. We had lunch and everything was great. Actually, the waitress did not put the order in right away so we had to wait longer than normal. She made up for it by not charging me for my meal. They made sure we left in a good mood. It was not necessary but appreciated. We will return.

We stopped in after seeing the Haunted Hamburger was jam packed, not realizing the restaurants are owned by the same people. On the outside, their banner looks quite fancy with a lovely graphic of a glass of red wine. Inside, the restaurant is also nice and I would guess on first look, that is more of a couples place. However,... More

We ate at Grapes twice during our stay in Jerome. We were very happy with both the food and service each visit. I don't recall our waitress's name the first time but she was originally from the same area we are in Northern Virginia and our waitress the second visit was Elsa. Both were friendly and attentive. The food was... More

Fantastic lunch value. We had the "choose two" for $8.99. I had a delicious homemade soup and wedge salad. My wife had a salad and sandwich combo. Everything was fresh and delicious. Lunch for 2 for under $20 bucks. You're going to love it.
