We stayed for breakfast after a night in the wigwam motel on our trip of Route 66. The place was a bit smelly, especially the restrooms and very dated. Service wasn't great. Food was ok but nothing special, was one of the worst breakfasts in 22 days stay across the states. Wouldn't recommend

After trying Butterfield Steakhouse the night before, we weren't quite sure what to expect - this place however is a little gem! I was surprised how good it was. The service was friendly and efficient, food was excellent (coffee too!) and the price was great. I only wish we had eaten here the previous evening.

My wife and came here for dinner on a very quiet Saturday night. We entered the place and was warmly greeted by the owner. First press ions were not great as there were flies everywhere. And I mean everywhere, spent the whole time swatting them away, and the owners husband was armed with a swatter. My wife ordered the combination... More

This eatery has been open since 1943. Its a 3rd generation family own eatery. Its a blend of Mexican and American food. (The chile rellenos arw light and heavenly) the place has a mini-museum inside. (Route 66) memorabilia, including gifts and original art work from John Lassiter director of the Pixar movie cars. Their pie is actually a thermos -sized... More

We visited Joe & Aggie's for breakfast. We were greeted nicely when we arrived. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. We read some bad reviews but found the place to be kitschy but pretty clean. The reviews are mixed but they all have a point. If you want a stark modern diner this is not the place. Our food was... More

Great food and prices, real retro feel. Great for route 66 buffs! Mexican and American food and plenty of it. Just down the road from the Wigwam Motel.

Route 66 adventure stop in. Staff and owners great! History of the place great! Food not so good. I did not find it dirty like the other reviewers but the food was just not that good. Weird too my significant other ordered a breakfast sandwich because it was breakfast time and they served it with a bag of lays potato... More

Wow, yeah.... not so much.... I'm in line with the reviewers who are surprised by the high trip advisor rating.... The place was dirty, not kept up at all, the food was below average, and the prices weren't any lower than other restaurants in town. The staff was nice.... but our waiter was a little overly friendly to point of... More

I tried this place the other night based on my fellow trippers reviews. I want to know what most of them have been smoking! Yes this place is full of nostalgia , but it is dirty and not kept up at all. I personally do not like to eat where they do not embrace cleanliness. The place is a mess... More
