Great little Hole in the Wall

We stopped here on our way from Flagstaff to the Petrified Forest. Wanting to avoid fast food for lunch, we stopped by Mr Maestas. Really good food, good prices, and excellent service.

Very authentic food and service is outstanding. The red and green chilies sauces are fantastic with the flavor but not all the fire of the peppers. Having the Indian fry bread with honey really is a great compliment to a great meal. This place is so good we ate both lunch and dinner here.

My wife and son and I were looking for someplace to eat in Holbrook. Just on an impulse, we decided to stop and try Mr. Maestas. It was wonderfully strange! First, the atmosphere. In some ways, its decor is a poor man's version of Cracker Barrel, but it was more cool to me. There are all kinds of old antiques... More

Very good authentic food and the service was good. They also have other options and our son said the burger was good too.

We came across this place by accident and glad we did. Food was so good we had the special burger and my husband had the homemade burger. Server was friendly. Highly recommend

We were in Holbrook for a business trip and stopped by Mr. Maestas for lunch. As we found a table for our group, we were all looking at the nostalgia included in the place, it reminded me of my days growing up on Hwy 66. The food was fantastic, I did not hear any complaints from our group, in fact... More

We were hungry and my Navajo taco hit the spot. Not really Mexican food. But still good. Don't leave leave without getting one of the mr. Stewart sodas!

Driving though on a road trip early one morning, not much open but found this place. Great interior and very nice staff. The breakfast was quite good, much better than Denny’s or a chain for sure.

This is one of those places you do not forget. The food was good and portions ample, but the walls and ceilings captured you attention. Friendly folks serving you.

When in Arizona I crave Indian Fry Bread and the Indian Taco at Mr. Maestas was amoung the best I have ever had. Loved the frosted beer mug that actually produced ice-shavings in my beer! We usually eat some place else when in Holbrook, but not any more! This is our "new" place to be!
