Walk in the place and it looks pretty neat. But that's all that is good about it. Got the sampler. Noticed a strange smell that was extremely odd. Are a few bites. Immediately got sick. Noped out of there QUICKLY.

Five family members chose five different Mexican entrees and all left with full stomachs and smiles. Huge servings of great food served by friendly staff .Glad I'm moving to northern Arizona so I can go back often

We arrived into Holbrook just after 2pm on a Sunday...a day when options are a bit limited. After finding out that our hosen restaurant was closed, we were referred to Mr. Maestas. We absolutely LOVED the exterior and interior of the restaurant with the old beat-up vehicles out back to the ever-so-random items that align the walls and ceiling. Very... More

Stopped here many times in my childhood on family trips. It hasn't changed, same interesting establishment and home cooked meals. A good choice for breakfast and wonderful Mexican food. A fun 50's like establishment.

Authentic Mexican joint with a very eclectic décor. Our group of six tried a bit of everything and it was all fantastic. Our servers were prompt and pleasant. Great local experience.

My husband and I are (currently en routine) on our way to Taos for the holidays, and I looked up places to eat in Holbrook because we were starving. This place had such high reviews from previous diners that I figured why not give it a go. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in considering it... More

Green chicken enchalladas had actual green chiles on them, instead of a green 'salsa' sauce, which was a nice change. The chips were warm and fresh, and the salsa served with them was just the right heat level. Husband had a enchallada style chicken green chile burrito, and was pleased with that as well. We were there between lunch and... More

This is the best 'Route66' place we found in Holbrook. It's festooned with memorabilia, including some stuff that makes you do a double-take. Is that a pram hanging from the ceiling? Why?..... When we dropped in late one evening we were treated like royalty, the staff couldn't have been more helpful even though we kept them working way past closing... More

This was a cool place. Filled with antiques everywhere. The food was good, kind of a Mexican/American. The best sopilla with honey. Great desserts too.

We stopped for a late lunch while traveling through on I-40. Saw their sign "Best food in town" and decided to try it. Wonderful decor, very eclectic, and great service. Food was excellent and a good value.
