We had dinner at this restaurant while traveling on Rt. 66. The restaurant was busy and mostly full of local diners, which we always find to be a good indication of the food quality. All of the meals in our group were well prepared and delicious. The food was cooked to order and they were all served hot. If you... More

This is a small town and not much to choose from as far as restaurants go. While not the best food is was ok. Certainly better then Joe N Aggies which I had tried last time thru. I had the cheese enchiladas which you need a knife to cut through. Problem is they don't give you knifes as part of... More

Arrived on Fathers Day and despite the owner entertaining his kids he was very friendly and welcoming to us. An interesting and friendly place. Food was good and service swift. If you're in Holbrook you should visit and I'm confident you'll be made very welcome. We were.

This is a great authentic Mexican restaurant on Route 66, and by its busyness you can tell the food is delicious. The wait is extremely long, we seated ourselves and asked 4 times for a menu. We got the menu and on the top of it are the words "thanks for your patience" "if you are in a hurry then... More

Driving back home from Santa Fe, my family and I needed to stop to eat - looking over other Tripadvisor reviews, we decided on Romo's - so glad we did. My son had a chili dog, my mom a cheese enchilada, my other son a taco and I had a Navajo taco - everything was wonderful. The restaurant was not... More

The food was delicious and plentiful. Our server did a great job of delivering friendly, personal service. She will do well in college next year. Thanks for the good meal.

Looks like the reviews are all over the board, but I guess that's what you get with any restaurant and different tastes. Anyways, we thought it was delicious, with great service.

The staff were friendly and gave good service but that couldn't mask the very poor standard of food. The Chilli was closer to consommé even with the additional beans offered (apparently that's how the locals like it) and the wine choice non existent. Avoid if you can and leave it to the locals.

To each their own when it comes to the flavor of "best Mexican food ever" with that being said, this place didn't deliver the best. We decided on an early dinner on day two of our Holbrook visit, 3pm. The place had about 7 other people in it and the server wasn't very attentive at all. The chips had 3... More
