Wanted this to be good! Had heard you've got go get there burger. Just not that good. Fries were soggy, limp, oil soaked "noodles". Yuk. Also had the bacon-cheeseburger. It was just okay. Generous portions, generous toppings. This was my second visit, each visit similar.

Stopped in for dinner while on vacation in Arizona, big mistake. There is not a lot to choose from in Heber-Overgaard for dining options and I thought a good burger joint would be nice. I was wrong. We were not greeted when we arrived and instructed by sign to seat ourselves. We had kids with us so sitting in the... More

Stopped here on the way to Pinetop, fun was good, staff was friendly and the place was clean, would like to see the nite life as it was pretty quiet on a Sunday afternoon.

Like this place a lot more since patrons are no longer allowed to smoke indoors--used to be you couldn't see 2 feet in front of you. Still has the look of a 50's cowboy/biker bar, served quite a few families in the dining room while we were there. Appreciated that the folks with really young kids were asked to sit... More

Me and 2 friends stopped at the Red Onion in Heber, AZ on 6/7/2015. We were on a bike ride frome Mesa and one of my friends said he had heard good things about the hamburgers. Credit where credit is due, the hamburger itself was delicious. The problems began with the french fries, they dont come with the $13.00 Monster... More

This was my first trip to Heber. My hosts said this was the best place to grab a burger or sandwich. My friend had the Little Red Burger and said it was delicious. I had the French Dip (made from prime rib supposedly) and it was good, but not great. The onion rings had an odd flavor--I would not order... More

We have been to this restaurant before, last year when we came up trout fishing and yes, we had their famous burgers. This time when we visited on Saturday April 25th. We had dinner and had their prime rob special. (they have this every Saturday) OMG! It was awesome. Tender, juicy and no cheap low quality cut, this was top... More

Stopped in after a long drive. Inside ambiance...not much to speak of but the service and food we had made up for that. My husband and I both ordered a bacon cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese. It was suggested we split a side of fries. The huge char-grilled hamburgers came with onion, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce on the side and... More

We stumbled upon this place and are we ever glad we did. We where greeted by a super friendly waitress named Sharon. She gave us some great recommendations on what to order and she nailed it!! We had the bacon cheeseburger, French dip, and our 12 yr old daughter ordered the 16oz Ribeye. Every bit of it was delicious! !... More
