Great staff, satisfyingly good food

I went on 10/12 while in town for business. Ordered the prime rib (MR), mac-n-cheese, scalloped potatoes and loaded potato skins as an appetizer. The bread that came to the table was ok, but nothing to write home about. The prime rib was perfect, with just enough fat for flavor and very tender... read more

I have long been a member of there prime club. In which you get all kinds of discounts so I eat there regularly. I have never had a bad meal there and the service is always outstanding whether for lunch or dinner. the seafood is always fresh and the steaks cook to perfection. Drinks are very generous and the deserts... More

I visted this restaurant twice while in Goodyear, very dissapointed and should not have went back a second time. I ordered the 8oz fillet the first visit and it was late like 9pm, I ate at the bar and place was empty. That should have been a clue as they were still open until 10pm, my steak was over cooked... I visited the Black Angus twice for dinner, once during the Happy Hour day at the bar and once for a "normal" dinner. Both times the food was very good (chicken tenders at the bar and filet mignon) and perfectly cooked. Service was quick and friendly. The Black Angus is not cheap but worth the money.

Not all Black Angus are created equal. We're fortunate to have one of the very best here in the west valley. We are always received warmly and we continue to ask for our favorite server Patty every time we visit which is 10 to 12 times a year. The steaks are cooked perfectly time and time again. We've tried every... More

The restaurant is nice. Welcomed in by the manager. We told him it was iur first visit so he took a few minutes to go over his menu and special offerings. We made our choices and waited for our food to be placed. She got a cobb salad with filet mignon on it. I got a sirlion with ceaser salad,... More

I've been coming to Black Angus for years. This is still one of my favorite places to eat. Get the lunch special, soup, salid and cheese garlic bread.

I was so excited to visit this restaurant as I hadn't seen a Black Angus in years. The food was expensive and mediocre at best. The meat was overcooked, when we asked for medium rare...it came out well done. The green beans were so peppered my adult daughter could not eat them. The only saving grace was the bread.

Took 8 friends today for a birthday lunch. We had a great server and I loved my Cobb salad with grilled asparagus, avocado, etc. We were treated very nicely and each of the birthday girls got a gigantic baked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream, compliments of the house! If you watch the newspaper ads, you can get some great... More
