Black Bear Diner

The staff is very customer oriented and the food is exceptional. The Friday night fish fry is one of the best i've ate.

We had breakfast here with family. The food was very good, but the chocolate chip pancake was awesome. If I had known I would not have ordered eggs. Love the fact that you can make your own plate with their four option menu.

Black Bear has family style meals. Serving breakfast all day. The cinnamon roll French toast is great. They give a 10% discount if you stay at the Quality Inn.

Hearty portions and quick service abound. Food quality and taste was average, hence my rating. The menu is pretty extensive and you are able to eat lunch and dinner here as well.

If you LOVE chicken fried steak, like I do, the Black Bear Diner is the place to go to chow down on the Big Foot Chicken Fried Steak dinner. The steak is so large, it takes up about half of the platter they serve it on. The country gravy and homemade mashed potatoes are delish! Very big portions, a fresh... More

Food is good and service was good but parking is a bummer so avoid the restaurant because of this especially on Saturday and Sundays for breakfast.

We had dinner here while staying at the adjacent Quality Inn. It was fine. The meatloaf was okay but the gravy seemed canned. Maybe just kept warm too long. The taco salad was pretty good. And large. Our server recommended the bread pudding and it was good. Kind of as expected for a chain restaurant - fine.

The wait was long to be seated but it was worth it. The food came out quickly and was perfect. Our server was very attentive. It is a family favorite and we will continue to go back.
