My daughter and I ate here for dinner 05 April 2014. I must say it was the worst dining experience either of us have ever had. The waitress had a serious attitude and did not listen to us while we were giving our order. After we got our food, she did not check on us once. Then, we waited for... More

I had the cheese enchiladas (with onions), rice, beans and chips and salsa and guacamole. Holy cow this was yummy and I'm sort of a mexican food snob.

This establishment has been in business FOR DECADES! That speaks volumes. All the Mexican restaurants are not owned by the same family, the fool knocking this business and the others is most likely because they were FIRED from working at these places. Like I said, the people from this and surrounding towns come here to eat, as they have for... More

Simply put, La Casita serves great Mexican food at very reasonable prices. The service is fantastic. This is a family place with a look and style I am sure has not changed in the 60 or so years its been in business. Nothing more to say - go here.

Found this place quite by accident. Ran into a few fellow bikers on a ride. After about 100 miles we started to talk about food and one of the couples suggested La Casitias. WOW....what great food!! Great atmosphere, great service. Highly recommended for budget conscious bikers!!

Whenever we visit Mesa, AZ, we try to come in through Globe and Miami, however, we don't know a lot about these towns, so we decided to cruise around and see if we could find a good local restaurant. We passed La Casita Café twice before we finally decided to give it a shot. We sure are glad we did!... More

Salsa was not very good. Beans and rice average. Sopapillas were an odd color like wheat flour but did not taste like it. They were not fluffy or easy to pull apart, what a disappointment. Plus they served them with the tacky little packets of honey instead of a container; they are hard to open and messy. The Machaca was... More

We were in Globe for a Little League baseball tournament, so the only thing we could do to pass the time was eat Mexican food. I wish La Casita had been our first stop instead of our last, because I would have gone back every single day to eat the machaca. Seriously - it was life changing. I'm still kicking... More

This place was recommended by a local who has had 5 generations live here, amazing. We were exited to try the place and we also were told to try Combo #5. The place was very crowded on a Sunday at 11:15 we were surprised by that. The atmosphere like the city has seen better days and after siting there for... More
