Good beer, beer menuis short and sweet, around 10 or so. Food is good! Portion size, tough to comment on, you will need to make your own judgement. Paid eleven dollars, received small cup vegetable soup, main entree was 1 beef brat, saurkraut and potatoes. Bread pudding was very good, my host mention that the bread pudding had a whiskey... More

The food reminded me of when I was in Germany, I had the jaeger schnitzel with red cabbage and spaetzel. I was pleasantly surprised as to how delicious it was. The homey atmosphere added to the experience, we had a great time!

Can't afford a trip to Europe, but want to experience all of the great culture? Take a trip instead to Haus Murphy's in Old Town Glendale. The food is authentic German cuisine and all of the Deutsch beverages are there too. For an even more-entertaining visit, come during their annual Oktoberfest events for the best in music, food, and frivolity.

We absolutly love Haus Murphys. I was stationed in Germany and grown to love the food so when I found Haus Murphys I was excited... the Food, The Ale's it brought back memories of germany and their food. They even play Live german polka there. When I told them it was my wifes Birthday she they brought her an apple... More

On my visit to see my brother, Haus Murphy's was my number one choice for dinner. The food is very authentic. We had the daily special soup, beef rouladen and wiener schnitzel. The soup was very tasty. The rouladen was seasoned perfectly but not cooked long enough so it was tough. The wiener schnitzel was fantastic. The spaetzles were like... More

Finally, found a real German food, like what I experienced while stationed in Cologne, Germany. Ordered a Wiener schnitzel...very filling and tasty to boot. Side dish were just as good too! We'll be going back again when next cravings for German food arise. For wife and I, a dinner for $40 + tip is a fair price for what we... More

Wow! A suggestion from my daughter, I try pretzels everywhere I go. This pretzel (with the house made cheese spread) is hands down the best I have had. Chewy, delicious and amazing! My husband had the original bratwurst with German potatoes, he loved this place! At the suggestion of our server, I tried the Warsteiner Oktoberfest (Amber) and the hubby... More

Wonderful food and service... and the smells coming out of that kitchen, took my husband right back to his childhood in Germany! We had sauerkraut balls for an app, my husband had the sausage combo (house made sausages), and I had the Rouladen... portions were HUGE, way too much food. My husband and the waiter "kept up" on their German... More

Food has gone downhill since they moved, service was non- existent.they acted like we were bothering them. Inept is to kind a word. Didn't serve bread with meal. Was told it was only served if requested, because of the expense. That by the owner! Used to go there all the time, never again David

Not as good as in Germany but not bad all things considered. Draft beer is ice cold. Don't miss getting a stein or glass. Food is good but not great. Had the Saurbratten. It could have been a little more tender. Ample quantity. Enough left to take home for another meal.
