Description: The creation of Le Chalet was much like our fondue.  Yes, we are a little “cheesy!”  But, much like a good fondue, we have melted the talents and abilities of all our staff to bring about only the best for our customers.                   Alain, who attended the American Musical Dramatic Academy in New York, has a broad background in Broadway.  Performing shows, such as La Cage aux Folles and Cabaret, he desires to bring only the best entertainment to Le Chalet’s stage.  His aspiration for Le Chalet is the entertainment of NY, similar to that of Don’t Tell Mama or Duplex.  Alain, who has performed as Cookie Monster, Count Von Count, and Telly Monster, loves children as well; so bring them into Le Chalet for an autograph!  His experience in the restaurant business began as a starving actor.  In need for more income, he has worked at Laurent and Maxim’s, which is owned by designer Pierre Cardin.  Alain has “performed” as a personal butler for celebrities at the Sony Club as well.          Even the décor of Le Chalet has been a melting of personalities.  From authentic French posters and French street signs to the hand painted mural, painted by Alain’s nephew, every look was created by the staff.  Step inside, and you have entered a little European village.  An overhang of the bar to look like a chalet is located near a mountain ice-caped stage.   So, ski (or snowboard) on by and stop in for a bite to eat….but, do watch out for the cows located throughout Le Chalet!

The Flammenkuchens are very tasty, and work great as an appetizer to split between 2 people. These are the equivalent of a French thin-crust pizza; the dough is more like pie-shell pastry. We enjoyed the one with blue cheese, walnuts and pears. The wine list is quite nice with options for by the glass, carafe or bottle. Go during happy... More

We enjoyed the crepes, had them for dinner and dessert. I'm creped out! This place is nice for special dinners. There is so many choices on Bell, I'd hate to be a restaurant owner there. No complaints from our family!

I gave it 1star because the service was good. We went to Comedy night. We ordered crepe desserts. Crepes are supposed to be lightly browned, light & fluffy. We got undercooked, hard & doughy. TERRIBLE. The comics were worse than the food. I recommend you will have a better time if you spend the $10 cover charge on a car... More

I am sorry you had a unpleasant evening. However the fact I am clueless I need to understand what you were expecting because your descriptions confuse me. Unfortunately, Gordon Ramsey or Robert Irvine won’t be coming to explain it to me. Your description of the crêpe sounds like a pancake and unfortunately we don’t do pancake, only pancake are fluffy.... More

The lunch special for $7.99 was a joke. One leathery dark brown bitter buck wheat 'crepe' about six inches round, with a salty dollop of melted cheese and ham cubes. Oh, and a glass of soda is included. Being greeted with 'Bonjour' was at best cute, at worst pretentious. The dessert crepe sat on the counter at least ten minutes... More

I am sorry that you didn't appreciate my restaurant. I don't really see why my restaurant is "pretentious" because it represent a casual restaurant you will find in the Swiss Alps or French Alps. All the food in our menu is the food I was raise on. However in our menu http://lechalet-llc.com/le_Chalet/Menus,le_Chalet,Creperie,Crepe,Fondue,Swiss,French_Restaurant..html You decided to take the lunch special which... More

I stopped in here for lunch on a whim. I got the lunch special which was a open face turkey sandwich with a white sauce and melted mozzarella, my partner got a crepe filled with ratatouille and a slice of Brie on top. The lunch special was pretty tasty and nicely cooked , the morse tells could have been of... More

Although I am sure there are those who would enjoy the variety of entertainment presented on many nights, we were quite grateful that we dined at Le Chalet on an entertainment-free evening. We saw Le Chalet reviewed on a local TV show, and I was in awe of La Potence---I have never seen that kind of food preparation in my... More

The waffle fries are to kill for. We had cheese fondue for an appetizer which was very good. The steak was decent as well. Prices were around average for a good meal. The waiter did a very good job of explaining the menu and the service was good. Definitely a place we would recommend and go to again.

My husband and I ate a Le Chalet last night. I ordered a crepe and it was burnt on the bottom. I should have sent it back but didn't realize it right away. When the manager took my plate, I pointed out that I couldn't finish it because it was burnt. He agreed it was burnt but did nothing about... More

Absolutely delicious crepes for main course and dessert. I went with my sisters and liked it so much I took my husband back a couple of days later. He loved it too. Pleasant atmosphere, good service, nice wine list. Entertainment many nights. Good thing I do not live in Phoenix or I would be going here all the time!
