Breakfast on the patio; look out over the lake and the fountain! Friendly personnel, quaint atmosphere. Place is loaded with Coke memorabilia. Server was super fun and efficient, heard she was Phil's daughter. Food was good quality, prepared on order, plentiful for the price and an overall enjoyable experience.

Fun local restaurant. Phil loves his Coca Cola decor collection. Fun to look at. The food is really good. I had my favorite tostada salad. Phil has been in town for a long time and has this successful restaurant for years. Sunday morning breakfast with an impromptu custom car show out back is a lot of fun. cheerful and attentive... I had prime rib there and it was the worst . It was cold and hard and nasty. This place was busy and I don't understand why. There were so many items on the menu and that's why I think they can't do a good job and also have fresh food with so much stuff on their menu. Won't go... More

I will not overextend on this joint, it is absolutely revolting food, only uneducated mid westerners could possibly find redeeming quality to this atrocity....(on a tight budget). Unless you have no taste buds and a great life insurance, avoid.....

Gone to this place of and on for years. Finally have given up on them. Recommend you keep on looking as this place is just plain inconsistent.

Just in town for a day and stopped here for dinner. All the Coke stuff on the walls is interesting. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is laid back. We had nachos. The shredded beef was a nice change. Good food and relaxed dining. I say go see it!

Visiting in Fountain Hills, AZ (just outside Phoeniz) and tried Phil's Place. It is a family type restaurant, brightly lit with about every Coca-Cola advertising poster or sight in existence. The food was good, too. I had a cheeseburger and my wife had a dinner salad both were good and the service was friendly and quick.

Went to Phil's for St. Patricks Day lunch. Corn beef was tough and cold. The place was jammed and service was very slow.

If it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner this is the place for a terrific home cooked meal. The chef offers some wonderful specials and make sure you become a Club Phil’s member. The staff treats you like family and always makes sure your glass is full. Go to Phil’s for a great meal.
