The chips and salsa are great. The green enchilada sauce is vegetarian as are the refried beans. I usually order the cheese and onion enchiladas with the green sauce and refries. Another delicious dish is Tony's Nachos which is uniquely plated and satisfying as a meal. The food seems to have much more flavor than in the past. The service... More

Good salsa and warm chips. Friendly service. But....my (enchilada style) chicken burrito arrived on a tiny little plate and when I tried to cut into it the food barely stayed on the border of the plate. I guess it would break them to just serve the food on a normal size plate?? The ingredients... It was basically some chicken in... More

When we lived in Fountain Hills, we would often go to Que Bueno for a margarita, quesadilla, their chips and salsa. If dinner was what we had in mind, it was Fajitas with chicken and our all time favorite, Chicken Acopollo. On our most recent return visit to Fountain Hills, after moving to SC,we were not disappointed. I would love... More

Typical Mexican fare. Service was good but food was unremarkable. I had a combo plate recommended by the waitress. I ordered mild, got bland and over-salted. The margarita was good and well stocked with tequila but couldn't make up for the food. Price wasn't bad but when you consider you are paying for Taco Bell quality, the bargain paled.

Service slow, food pretty ordinary and service not particularly good. Generally fast food - not the best!

Que Bueno is a charming restaurant that was bought out by the chef who has won multiple best salsa awards. Being vegetarian I really appreciate the fact that the chips, beans, and red enchilada sauce is meat-ingredient free. The ambiance is laid back and comfortable and the service is attentive and fast. My favorite is Tony's nachos (a different take)... More

Waitresses were cordial and helpful, but my main dish of battered cod in two tortillas was dull and tasteless. There was almost no cod in either one of the two tortillas and the rest of the sandwich was shredded lettuce and tomato. Any child could produce this sandwich, The rest of the plate consisted of hot bean dip and Mexican... More

A nice, comfortable Mexican restaurant but very crowded the night that we went because they were celebrating their 30th anniversary, Excellent food and the Skinny Margarita (no sweet & sour) was delicious.

They have the best homemade salsa in Arizona. We frequent many different Mexican restaurants in the Valley, and none compare. We always order some to take home.

We just had dinner in this restaurant. Not just food even the drink was horrible. My wife ordered "Sanchez chicken" I ordered chicken-beef mixed fajitas and a side order of guacamole dip. Both dishes had some meat in them but more than half of the little plate was full of beans and rice. I never saw fajitas served with these... More
