Last night in Fountain Hills

Starters were very nicely prepared and plated. Calamari was lightly breaded and sauted brussel sprouts, unusual but tasty. Entree was Iowa style T-bone pork chop nestled on a bed of sauted kale and cannellini beans. Hubby enjoyed it, having beeb born and raised in Iowa. However, the chop... read more

Food was great and they successfully served a pepper-free meal that wasn't bland! HIGHLY recommend patio dining, don't waste those views!

Enjoyed dinner at Alchemy. Food was very good. And we were seated at ideal table with view. Service was excellent too. However, food portions were small especially for the price. Alchemy is great for a one time splurge though. Can't beat the view. Just be sure to reserve your table before 6 pm or you won't get the table you... More

Great atmosphere & view. Had crab cakes & scallops. Both were among the best I ever had. Also, very good service. (Peanut butter tort desert was only OK.)Highly recommend the restaurant. Ask for a patio table.

Celebrated a birthday dinner there last night. We had a table outside on the patio and the view was lovely. The service was excellent and the food and wine both delicious. I had a grilled salmon and my husband had the pork osso bucco. We both loved our meals and he said his was in the Top 5 entrees he's... More

The best view in Fountain Hills coupled with good food makes an unbeatable combination. You can have a glass of wine before entering the restaurant, also with a fantastic view.

The views of the Four Peaks Mountains and the entire Fountain Hills valley are stunning from this beautiful restaurant. And somehow, the food manages to match, which is quite an accomplishment. Service, from John, was both outstanding and entertaining. While I generally shy away from hotel restaurants, Alchemy was a truly special meal in a spectacular setting.

The Alchemy Restaurant was the choice for a special lunch for five other out of town visitors to have a gourmet lunch, excellent service and enjoy the spectacular view. We received "0 for 3." Although the restaurant was NOT busy during this Tuesday lunch hour, the seven of us were seated at a table that could only get a glimpse... More

I went with a friend to a luncheon at this resort restaurant. It was well-organized and at a lovely, top-notch place. The buffet luncheon was catered inside but we were set up outside on a veranda-type setting surrounded by the Fountain Hills with a panoramic view of the valley and east mountains horizon. The food was excellent and the service... More

We have been going to Alchemy for the last 10 years. This time we were there for my birthday celebration. Paul O'Connor is one of the best chef's in the country and serves up amazing food at this intimate venue. Although the menu is limited due to the small size of the restaurant everything on it is extraordinary. Only the... More
