Pet & People Friendly

When we came in they brought water for our dog right away. They were friendly to us as well. Sandwiches were great and free refills on drinks. When my husband came back later to use the restroom, they offered to refill his iced tea then, too.

Has a very limited menu. My black tea was very bitter, but my wife's green tea was good. We had a grilled chicken with goat cheese sandwich and it was good, bit not great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful choices for breakfast. Although I had eggs and DELICIOUS bacon every morning, the one pancake I sampled was yummy. Outdoor seating mostly in the shade was a wonderful perk and even in hot June not too hot

Not fancy at all, you order at a counter in the back and then the food is brought to you table. Very diverse menu that should please almost anyone in a group. Home fries were a mix of sweet and white potatoes the morning I had them. That might vary depending on the day and time of year but they... More

Small but good food choices. Lots of locally grown items and their imported wine and cheese tasting was an extra. We had a traditional breakfast and it was very good.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining with the folks at The Red Rooster 3 mornings we were in Cottonwood. Right across from The Tavern Grill and Tavern Hotel (both great choices) made it an easy decision. Staff is very accommodating, I was on a "healthy" food kick, they adjusted some of the items to allow me to... More

Red Rooster is an eclectic restaurant in old town Cottonwood. It is across from the Tavern Grill (also a good option). Red Rooster has the vibe of an urban coffee shop with a quirky ambience. Our lunch consisted of a half BLT sandwich, daily soup special roasted pepper bisque soup.(it could've been hotter).and organic green tea. All were good options... More

My husband and I had breakfast and we should have shared the rancheros. One was plenty for two people. Good food and a busy place so don't get excited if your food doesn't arrive quickly. It's worth the wait. Order at the counter and they bring the food to the table with a smile.

A great little business with a great sense of community. The Red Rooster Cafe, a far cry from the ho-hum fast food places, offers a wonderfully healthful and eclectic menu tastefully (literally and figuratively) presented by an attentive staff. The portions are fantastic. You'll love what they've done to this building in "old town" Cottonwood. Don't think twice about a... More
