Wow, who knew breakfast could be so good!

They have some really unique offerings for breakfast. Things like Huevos Rancheros and other southwestern treats along with all of the basic breakfast items. Even little things like toasting their crescents on the grill with butter take their food to the next level. Everything here is hand made and... read more

My wife and I had a nice breakfast here. Staff tried their best to honor her dietary restrictions and found something she could have. I had an omelette special for the day which was very good. Seems like a local hangout which we prefer over a trendy tourist draw.

We came to Cottonwood to visit the wineries, but stopped for lunch here. We each had a bowl of the stuffed baked potato soup with bacon and split a meatloaf sandwich (which are very large). You put your order in at the counter and they bring your food to the table. Very cozy place with a great locally sourced menu.

Yes, the food is usually very good. We spend a lot of time in Verde Valley and when camping at the State Park, we love to walk over with our dog and eat out on the patio. However, this last Sunday, they were busy as usual. You have to wait in line to order from one person, then servers bring... More

Thank you for your review of The Red Rooster. I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our café. Came here for breakfast with discount from local hotel. Excellent coffee and numerous tasty breakfast options. Our family of 4 (2 teens) all enjoyed the food. Came back a second morning as we wanted more. Friendly people in a casual place.

Finally had breakfast at Red Rooster and our family loved the coffee and our food. Blueberry buttermilk pancakes were exceptional, as was the Huevos Rancheros, Scramble of the Day and even the standard Two Egg Breakfast. Their homemade cherry jam was to die for and the quality and freshness of the food was very much appreciated. So glad that we're... More

We ate breakfast at this place three days in a row because it was so good. My husband had pancakes and other treats which are off limits to me as I have a gluten allergy. He thought everything he had was quite good and appreciated the fact that you could order a single pancake. I had the daily scramble all... More

We have had many a breakfast at the Old Town Red Rooster and enjoyed everyone of them. The service is friendly and "on the ball". Love being able to eat out on the patio. Great way to start your day.

Simple and comfortable. So many great choices for breakfast. Great eggs, sausage patties, toast, potatoes, fresh fruit outstanding. The lox and bagels platter was over the top! Great coffee and tea options as well! We''ll be back for sure!
