Home cooked food, welcoming atmosphere

The experience of eating here was a little like stopping by a Thai friend's house - a house with a particularly large, nicely decorated dining room. The friendly atmosphere and homey food are a setup for a relaxing, charming experience. The menu is simple but adequate, and the uncomplicated food... read more

We thorough enjoyed our meal at Mai Thai. Food was fresh, flavorful with generous portions. The menu was extensive and the prices were reasonable. The owner was friendly and helpful with the menu, but the server was at times, inattentive. The atmosphere was pleasant. We both had curries which were delicious.

This little Thai spot gave me hope when passing through the small town of Cottonwood... It was however unimpressive. The restaurant has a weird ambience and it doesn't feel as clean as one would like. The service is nice and they really get bombarded with to go order so expect a wait. The Tom Ka Kai was nice, the Pad... More

We popped in here for lunch on our way back from Prescott. Had never been here before but we weren't in the mood for American food and saw Mai Thai. This restaurant was wonderful. The staff are gracious and engage you from the moment you enter. We had one of the best Tom Yum soups we had ever eaten..simply delicious... More

This is such a great place! The food is wonderful and her sauces are the best I have ever had. My mother and I order take out on a regular basis (mom is home bound mostly)...this is our favorite. The people are very friendly and the place is so welcoming inside...love it<3

Ann once owned this restaurant. There is NO possible way she is still connected to it. This was once one of my favorite restaurants...not just in Arizona, but anywhere. Now, there is no possible way I would return. We last visited about 2 years ago, and while everything had started to slip, it was still an OK place. The wait... More

There is an excellent lunch menu, which includes a small salad with dressing, rice and your main dish. They have chicken and beef items, etc., but I am vegetarian and I love the fried tofu teriyaki. It has vegetables like cabbage, onions, etc and my favorite, a lot of sesame seeds. Yum! I can get brown rice here, too. You... More

You can order pretty much any dish vegetarian or vegan on request with tofu or crispy tofu. I have tried the crispy tofu teriyaki and love it and the veggie egg rolls are great. Also the sweet and sour crispy tofu is good.
